This song is so special to me because I relate to it so much. There's this one girl, who I met about last year, March 1st to be exact. She was struggling a lot with personal issues, and I stuck there with her. Along with two of our other friends, I was there for her when nobody else was, she says we're why she's even alive. We were so close, and even if we were just friends, she was the first person I ever said "I love you" to other than my family. On October 8th, she told me she had feelings for me. On October 24th, my birthday, I asked her out, and she said yes. But then, I started changing. I was doing too much, overreacting, overthinking, and overall just not being myself. On November 22nd, she broke up with me, and I could barely handle it, if it wasn't for our two mutual friends. I tried getting back with her, but it was hard because there was someone else who liked her. On November 28th, she made it official with him. I was so heartbroken because of it, but one of our friends made her promise that she'll give me another chance if she was to break up. I did get to meet her new boyfriend, and he's really cool and chill, and I have nothing against him - he's even willing to get to know me - but I still wished it were me. The reason this song "Fell Too Far" is special to me is because that's what I feel like happened - I fell too far, I changed too much, and the two of us both wish things were the way they were.
