  • Haydn explains why competition law is so important, in the near- and longer-term, as it is synergistic and in tension with AI governance.
Haydn first introduces antitrust for people not familiar. He then shows how 14 proposed forms of AI cooperation between companies could pose antitrust concerns and how that cooperation should be structured to mitigate that risk. He finally shows that antitrust is an important tool across a range of possible scenarios for AI development.
