    I have been following you since the day you posted your first video explaining the perks of moving to Canada on Potato Talkies. Now being a mortgage associate myself in Calgary, honestly this type of content helps a lot to understand the practicality of any new announcement of policies, program enacted by the government. R-C2 district was something that I was trying to understand practically since last month. Really admire your efforts and hard work.

    Good video. It would be nice to have a board that shows the expenses- demolition, cost of borrowing/construction loan etc. And the profit...best & worst case scenarios.

      $200-350 depending on finishes
      The last one you saw is on the higher side.

    Hi Navjot, really insightful, but I think gain tax in real estate is going to consume more than 50% of profits. Your inputs on gain tax on real estate would be highly appreciated. 😊

      Not 50%.
      It will be close to 25%
      We will have to pay tax on everything. But 400K is also not bad 😀
