1. TAKE A GENUINE INTEREST IN OTHERS

2. ASSOCIATE WITH THE EXPERTS
Two vital needs are met when you associate with the experts:
1. You prepare yourself.
2. You prove yourself.
3. IMPROVE YOUR RELATIONSHIPS
Brother: The concern of a Brother
Co-worker: The effort of a Laborer
Fellow Soldier: The fight of a Soldier
4. RESPECT YOUR LEADERS
2 things you can do for your boss:
1. Maximize their potential: “you will be glad”
2. Minimize their stress: “I will not be so worried”
5. HONOR THOSE WHO WORK WELL
