Wow, your guys' videography and quality of the content you put out has dramatically been improving, and continues to do so over the years I've been watching, great video.
To me motiongate is one of those parks that I am just blown away by. everything here looks amazing, the scenery, the different variety of rides , and THOSE DARK RIDES? Seriously, those dark rides a really impressive for a non-Disney or universal park. This is definitely going on my bucket list of parks I need to visit someday.
It’s a noon surprise! The Motiongate vlog was a secret DOUBLE episode. ✌️ You filmed so much content in the past 2 months and clearly wanted to share it all with us. Thank you for the next installment of CTD: The Anthology. 27 extra minutes. And now the story isn’t yours anymore… it’s all ours. 🤍
Great video! This was my favorite park of this series so far! The dark rides were excellent and the coasters were nice! Im really looking forward to the next episode!
Wow, that is how you do theming! I am so impressed. I can see why you needed a longer video to show it all! Very enjoyable content, as always. I'm really looking forward to your take on Warner Bros. Movie World. I've seen glimpses of it on RUclips and it looks equally impressive.
Loved this video's length! Such a good time. Motiongate has great atmosphere, also looked a little more crowded (though still empty). Definitely too many dark rides, though, and the majority of them aren't executed that well, maybe with the exception of Shrek. Smurf Village looked stunning; absolute theming highlight.
Gerstlauer launches are great because the cars have so few passengers, so there’s less mass to shift. I was at Plopsaland de Panne last week and, while The Ride to Happiness is obviously the star attraction, the launch of Anubis is a spectacular and unexpected thrill.
I love this park went back in September the indoor section was great Madagascar Mad Pursuit is a hidden gem that little ride is so punchy and has some sneaky good airtime. The Dark Rides are awesome here a brilliantly well presented, the one ride I missed was Dragon Gliders it was down for maintenance on my visit but I am sure to return in time.
Love your videos as always! The Shrek dark ride does appear to be the best, it looks amazing! I do appreciate a park that has a bunch of dark rides, but do think that some of them feel uncanny as the animatronics don’t have as much movement as other parks. The Dreamworks section does look the best. I do love the amount of theming the park has throughout the many lands.
From the moment you guys entered the Dreamworks area, I was getting major Minimoys Kingdom vibes. And then when you showed us the ride layout for the Dragon Spinner, it all made sense. I'm a firm believer that copying is okay as long as it's done at a very high level. Motiongate looks like an amazing place. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
Wow!! Awesome video, guys! I was stationed in Qatar back in 2019 and went there then. Thanks for the awesome content! Still the #1 channel for content!🎉🎉🎉
I've been to Motiongate each of my last 3 visits to Dubai, it's a really nice park to spend a day at - my personal highlight is the feeling you get on Dragon Gliders when you go out and soar above the themed town, there's just nothing like it. I think the Dreamworks building is on a different level to the rest of the park but it's really worth it to experience that alone.
Oh, ok James River HS? Was out at Chesterfield Towne Center today braving the Christmas crowds. Didn't expect to see that PO Box address so I definitely had to subscribe. Gonna check out some more vlogs.
These videos are really awesome and make me wish I could visit these park although I sadly probably never will visit them, but the rides and Dreamworks indoor area look so fun.✌️
There’s 2 classes of people . Rich and poor . That’s why the parks are empty , no one has money to do things like that . Most Americans aren’t gonna spend what it costs to go over there . Plus there’s more destinations that are desirable than the desert on the other side of the world.
I feel so weird watching this because they didn’t say a single bad thing the whole trip and I think that they are getting paid to talk about UAE it’s just very weird
@@SwissMaps455 I feel the same. Something just feels kinda off about these videos. I've loved watching them thus far, they're really well-produced, but they've been so overly positive about these experiences, more so than they've been, for example, for Efteling, that it rings some alarm bells for me. Motiongate looks nice, sure, and that Shrek ride was pretty well-done, but they present them as "excellent". And that's been the general sentiment for these parks so far. Comes across as a promotional tourism video.
Looks like this is the best place to come if you love a Totally Immersive, Heavily Themed, Dark Riiiiiiiiiide Adventureeee! Awesome video! They actually have the same ride system as that panem sim in bobbejaanland, next time you´re there give it a try! It´s right next to revolution and not many people know of it
Man what a video. Sadly I visited around 2 weeks after you guys and several big notable rides were closed on my vsiit. John Wick, Dragon Gliders, and the Kung Fu Panda ride were all closed during my visit. Plus I happened to go at the same time as around 1000 rowdy school kids and teens constantly cutting in line and vandalising the theming, it was especially bad on Capitol Bullet train! Honestly makes me sad for the workers having to deal with that crap. John Wicks queue looks phenomenal and so does the entirety of Dragon Gliders. Especially bummed that I didnt get the chance to go on either. (Especially given Im from Europe and have never ridden a 4D Free spin before) The stuff here is impressive but I feel like it really lacks some standout rides, some E ticket attractions. Like Dragon Gliders looks like the closest to an E-ticket for the Dreamworks area but of course I didnt get a chance to ride that. And Shrek looks great but kinda feels like a supporting ride. But besides that it really needs one or 2 big coasters to really have a landmark attraction. The GCI over in Real Madrid world looks like it could be one but thats at an entirely different park and ngl that just seemed like a bad idea at this point in time, especially given the high entry prices and relatively low attendance. Like they should really invest into some sort of showstopper... honestly they could probably have a big coaster wrapping around the studio like Hollywood Dream, Starfall Racers, or Rip Ride Rocket at the Universal parks and call it Showstopper. Also like IDK if its just me but some bits of the park and its theming did feel kinda cheap ngl. Like low quality presentation. Maybe its just me being used to higher quality stuff at the likes of Tivoli Gardens but it did often take me out of it. Like not everything was as well thought out as back in Europe or some US parks.

I was with a group of people on my trip had a QnA at one point and they hinted that the Mack Hyper meant for Real Madrid could potentially go there instead would make sense as both parks are owned by the same company Parques Reunidos
Ooooh! Now that would be a good addition. Motiongate is good but it desperately needs a standout attraction, and a Hyper coaster could be a good one and help justify the price tag to enter
I love The Hunger Games and it's cool that there's a themed mini land out there. But I've never really understood that coaster. It's the absolute wrong type of ride to theme to a bullet train. Like, it should be something more drawn out and themed, not a compact swing launch coaster with a vertical loop. I think it should be something more like Gotham City Escape or the Studio Tour coaster at Movie Park Germany.
Really makes you think how there's not one but two Woody Harrelson / Jesse Eisenberg thriller comedies with only two entries in the series represented at this park.
I've seen other vlogs of Motiongate, but this one is the best. Well done! If I wanted to do this park, SeaWorld and Warner Bros, how many days would I need to get it all in?
You should be able to do one day at each. We would’ve enjoyed more time at each of them, but they are also very expensive, so I think realistically for the price you’re paying, one day at each is fine.
The sad thing is is that i was there with my fam in the uae but i never got a chance to go to motiongate or img but i did go to wb world abu dhabi, ferrari world and aquaventure

Dubai is trying to make itself a tourist destination so they have more they rely on than just oil. The goal is that places like Motiongate draw in people from all over.
Dubai ran out of oil ages ago. All of its money now comes from financial services, tourism, manufacturing, aviation etc. Less than 1% of its economy is to do with oil.
