@Augustine Kellan i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm trying it out atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.

@@TheTimerThank you! I just finished my last assignment July 4th. One day early, using this technique. Thanks for helping me earn my degree and not lose my hair in the process.
To everyone who's studying with this video: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨️ • Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖 I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸
I just studied for two hours for a test I wasn't even planning to study for. This really helps me push. The last was hard, but I couldn't give up with only 25 minutes left!

This is the first time i've used this technique and because of this i could study for 1 hour and 15 minutes without being distracted (which i have never done), this is a great technique I totally recommend it!
This works for things other than studying, too, like cleaning, certain kinds of cooking/food prep, self care, and so on. I have 0 issues studying or doing homework asap but have my issues in actually taking care of myself. this helps a lot lmao
I was gonna use this for cleaning but then I realized that I usually clean AS my breaks on the regular so i completely messed up the whole process but on the bright side, at least I cleaned everything :,DD

I've been using it twice for two days and I've gotten so much stuff done without lacking any time for the things I actually want to do
I used to put on my chrome timer or my cell phone or tablet timer bout something about putting the pomodoro from the videos on youtube on my laptop, that makes me more productive. I started doing 60/30 pomodoros because I do like my breaks but I got most of my paper done. I went from that one to this one so I have to take a break first.
I've done this technique before but it helps more with the video. I wanted to complete several pages for an assignment, I completed half a page more than I initially desired. Good stuff.
This technique helped me get done with a boatload of assignments, kept me focussed during study sessions AND didn't make any of it feel like a colossal drag.
For some reason, 20min-4min works better on me, I just instantly lose my concentration past 20min :( Edit: Fortunately, setting the video to x1.25 does exactly that :D

A few thousands of those views are definitely mine! Love this timer! I started doing 5-min workouts on the breaks and noticed my productivity shot thru the roof! I shared the timer & workouts with a few friends, and one thing led to another--I now have a fitness channel. All that thanks to the tomato lol
This is my first time trying this method and let me tell you, this actually works!! I studies a whole set of terms for a test! I’ll use this again tomorrow for my next set ☺️
I love this method so much, It literally shows you how much time you waste by getting distracted with social media, plus Idk if its just me, but I see that I always manage to finish my Homework much faster than when I don't use a timer. A paper that I thought would take me at least 3 hours, only took me 1 hour and some minutes which is a big thing when you're in college and trying to manage your time properly. :) Thanks
If anyone has trouble concentrating for 25 mins, it's very helpful to speed up the video for appropriate speed. I caught myself not focused even before the timer hits and it'd mess up the whole session.
I am a medical coder that works at home. This timer has me meeting the productivity quota in record time!! There are so many distractions working from home. But, I was even able to throw a load of laundry in to wash on my 5 minute break and still come back and knock these accounts out! Amazing!
I swear this technique is a life saver. I finished studying all 3 lessons, which I was overthinking for 3 weeks and having multiple mental breakdowns bc the test is in a few days time from now. Like I feel stupid for not thinking of this technique earlier
This technique is amazing, I put a 10 hour long song in the background and just start working ! I got all my homework (for this week) done in one day and I studied for my spanish test using this technique.
@star I did really good and I'm really proud of my results, I got kind of nervous at the end of the test so I kind of messed up there but other than that she said that I almost sounded Latin-american/spanish (I still have to work on it) and that I overall did very well :)
This is really really useful!! Thank you so much for making this - I've always wanted to use this method but haven't found a way that works for me without constantly checking the time, so this allows me to actually focus on work 😊😊
I'm just amazed that this guys has been hearting peoples comments this long. Seen some from 2 years ago and some only 3 months back. Dedicated to the channel!
i love this method because i'm at my most efficent in work and studies when i have a sense of duty, and this timer pisses me off a bit and i feel like i need to race it and get as much work done as i possibly can in the span of 25 minutes and i finish like 100x faster than i do when i don't do anything like this lol
some of my favourites: - some belly breaths, inhale 5sec exhale 5secs; then neck & shoulder circles; then lying on my bed doing nothing - colouring books - Yoga With Adriene's Take 5 Yoga Break
This works best for me!! I start at 6 after taking a shower and changing after school. I do half of it, 2 work sessions and 2 rest sessions. I pause and do the rest of the night routine (eat, skincare, etc) and take a half hour/ hour break. I come back refreshed and finish the rest. I end about 9 oclock with enough time to laze around until 10 oclock when I sleep. I only ever get so much rest as a highschool student- and I want to balance my sleeping schedule, my pastimes, and my studies after a hard day at school. Remember, 8 hours of rest is advised for teens. After learning for more than 8 hours everyday (+2 hours studying) , it should be balanced out with adequate sleep at night. Take care of yourselves!
You won't just believe what happened. So I started off like any one of you, and somehow pressed the 'M' key on my keyboard at the starting of video after that beep, and I no wonder why I was getting thoughts 'it's been too long' and all that petty shit. So just busy with doin' my own thing and while switching tabs I just realised it's already been 1hr and 30 minutes, what an extra-ordinary hack!
ive been using this since the start of the school year and this technique is the only thing keeping me going. as an AP student this works so well, i think i wouldve gone into credit recovery if it werent for this.
thanks for this ! this has helped me getting through my master's degree, without this I couldn't have imagined how I would have handed in my essays on time :))

Hear 5 minute break sound... What time is it?! Summertime it’s our vacation🎶🎶
Time is over ring...head down study like nothing happened
takin the rest period to comment, this helped so much, im on the last 25 minutes and this is just the best thing on yt frfr
i love this method because i'm at my most efficent in work and studies when i have a sense of duty, and this timer pisses me off a bit and i feel like i need to race it and get as much work done as i possibly can in the span of 25 minutes and i finish like 100x faster than i do when i don't do anything like this lol
this technique very useful both children and people
Wait, so children are not people?
i am from azerbaijan and i do mistake sometimes /sorry i dont say true /i want say big people you say true

This is awesome!! My all-nighters have never been this productive!
I was learning for about an hour, not knowing that I lost connection therefore the video stopped.
4.7 out of 5. Extremely recommended
omg thank u i just finished studying
After 3 months, this is the first time that I completed a 2hr Pomodoro :) Thanks
Does anyone have recommendations on what to do during the break
Drink some water, walk up the stairs a few times, pet your dog, stretch a bit, eat something, ...
Read a book.
@@emilym8530 that's gonna have to be one hell of a short book
read, draw, walk around your house, drink water, have a (healthy) snack, talk to someone of you can, etc
some of my favourites:
- some belly breaths, inhale 5sec exhale 5secs; then neck & shoulder circles; then lying on my bed doing nothing
- colouring books
- Yoga With Adriene's Take 5 Yoga Break
Take care of yourselves!
this clock seems to tick faster than other clocks
looks like, but it doesn't
Thanks Finally One without music. Its really good for any use actually. Keep going
Harika bir video olmuş . Teşekkürler !

Hey 🥰 Good luck with your studies 🍀do you have a favorite pomodoro and/or music to study? I'm trying to enhance my videos :3 Thank you so much 💕💕
Very nice, I really like the design of the coloured background as well! Nice and clean.
are you mouslm
You won't just believe what happened. So I started off like any one of you, and somehow pressed the 'M' key on my keyboard at the starting of video after that beep, and I no wonder why I was getting thoughts 'it's been too long' and all that petty shit. So just busy with doin' my own thing and while switching tabs I just realised it's already been 1hr and 30 minutes, what an extra-ordinary hack!
Really helpful for all this final exam studying- thank you!
the alarm scared me lol! i was really focused, thx
Try one of my workouts for your breaks! Will help you study better ;)
ive been using this since the start of the school year and this technique is the only thing keeping me going. as an AP student this works so well, i think i wouldve gone into credit recovery if it werent for this.
How was your year?
this is a life saver !! i have never been this focused on my studies. and i also kept my phone away and turned off so i wouldn't lose my focus.
the alarm should start really low and then high :C
thanks for this ! this has helped me getting through my master's degree, without this I couldn't have imagined how I would have handed in my essays on time :))
Thanks for this:) Clean design btw.
Love this sosooo much! ❤️ Its great for studying chemistry👩🔬
I love how it ends with a break
Not according to Rachel

now you dont have to do it anymore :)
To everyone who's studying with this timer:
Checklist:
1) A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
2)Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
3)Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake anyone up🎧
3) A tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake(I usaully prefer coffee), green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
4) Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper, or whatever you need.⌨
5) Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, keeping yourself warm all the time isn't bad! a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy!!! 🐈
6) Remember you'll be hungry so grab some snack too!
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. yup
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.
+plus dont overwork yourself! I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight
( This comment isn't originally mine, but I think it can help a lot of people :D )
Copy cat
I'll try this now ! hope it works for me
it's magic guys trust me i've never thought a 2 hour of studying would pass this quick !

This is wholeheartedly one of the greatest discoveries of my academic career.
I'm already procrastinating by reading these comments 🤣
