The paragons don’t do jack lol. If you do somehow manage to afford one the DDTs still easily get by because of the speed and that NK still hasn’t fixed towers missing most of the projectiles
it becomes very noticeable when u get to around 200's, i could see the very slow bads becoming quite speedy on some of my first late game runs, and it gets to a point where u either have a couple of main moabs set on first or u just get sniped by DDTS (happened to me multiple times back in the days)
Not as far as you think. The freeplay ramping would most likely outdo the pace at which you could get max level paragons, so by the time you go them they would be pretty ineffective.
The new megalodon loses the ability to instakill bads after round 149. They just can’t take them down at all anymore. They can take down a round 149 fBAD but not a 150 regular BAD which tells us that it’s round-based rather than health-based which I think is kinda silly
It actually IS health based, but ignores fortification. Additionally, without the Big Bloon Sabotage MK, it only instakills BADs up to around round 145, and to round 119 on Double HP MOABs.

Yeah I've only gotten to Round 309. Trying to get degree 100 paragons is tedious and frustrating and eventually the game just gets insanely boring at that point. It takes several minutes for a round to go by.

Bloons honestly lacks late game options, that's why I think they either need to introduce towers or make changes for towers like 5XX spike in which they increase the price by atleast 2.5x, but make it super good late game, it will make farming more important and will introduce many late game
Here are the changes: Rounds 101-140 are now pre-determined (Now RNG stuff on this round range removed, which makes it easier to prepare them. However, there are some tricky rounds like 131, 138 and 140.) Freeplay formula on rounds 125-150 decreased from 0.20 -> 0.15 (R140 fortified BAD health 232,000 -> 200,000) Freeplay formula on rounds 151-250 decreased from 0.50 -> 0.35 (R200 fortified BAD health 1,312,000 -> 960,000) However, they buffed health ramping past round 250. Now rounds 300+ got really insane.
If NK would make a few changes it would get more fun and popular. First: make it rewarding. I'm not big on game design so i dunno what would be good, but just something to make it rewarding to do. Maybe a gamemode like the og contested territory from BMC or like races but for reaching high rounds. Second: make it less laggy. Whatever may cause the lag - change it. And give us an option to turn projectiles off or transparent or something anyways, cuz actually seeing where bloons are helps massivly with ability timing. Third: stop making freeplay harder and harder like every 5 updates. And please make it easier again, so that r500 is achieveable without using powers (which was possible until the most recent freeplay change).
MackanRules has a great series on btd6 ultra late game, he’s gotten to some pretty insane rounds. He’s gotten to 600+ on easy difficulty and at that point I believe BADs have over a hundred million health and move terrifyingly fast.
They were easier in btd5 too because of the bloonchipper’s stalling. But even the best of btd6 stallers can’t stall bads. No tower can instakill it forever either. Boat Paragon and ezila(sorry if I misspelled that I never use her) are the closest. But they have limits on how many times they can be used per round
Go navarch of the seas and BMA to carry you late game, they insta shot regardless of health or speed and it's the only thing that is getting increased throughtout the lategame.
NK buffed late game over and over again. When the game first came out you were able to easily hit round 1000 and were even able to hit the bloon speed limit at round 800-ish, where they stop getting faster but only gain more health.
I am currently at round 459 on logs and the only problem is the speed and hp of BADs and FBADs. Anything below gets onehit anyways by BMA or navarch. The lag is really bad, i have like 5 fps but once you get techbots to automate abilities or if you have lots of time and a decent pc you can get to 400+ easily. Most important towers are Ezili to oneshot BADs, vtsg, all paragons on lvl 76 / 79, many Sun temples, bma, grand saboteur and grandmaster ninja with 20 shinobies and super buffed (btw that is stronger than the ninja paragon)
My personal best is round 200. That's also all I'll ever go to, I had so many high damage towers active, including thr dark true sun God after round 190 and a ultimate engineer monkey. Round 200 bad's are insane
for me, it's more that it's tedious and not fun. like, all the moabs and stuff not only take forever to kill but there's just no more big batches of bloons to pop.
I just realized how powerful paragon are got to round 207 with nothing but a perma brew 2-4-0 village and a boat paragon lvl 29 and wizard paragon lvl 29

I just started BTD6 a couple months ago and the highest round I’ve gotten was 181, the lag was so unbearable I kept crashing and also I couldn’t upgrade or place
When I first started bloons (BTD Battles 1 was my first game), I didn't realize the moabs get stronger and faster in lategame. I thought I could spam Ray of Dooms and as long as I can kill a ZOMG without moving the rays, I'll be able to survive any round.
Late rounds used to be hard, before paragons. But as everyone else is saying, lag is the real problem. They need a setting for lowering quality or something.

You should have gotten buccaneer ninja and dart since they can do a ton of dmg and would use Geraldo for paragon totems and early def and Quincy figure and if you can get every other paragon and would get like buc and ninja and maybe dart degree 100
funfact: round 263 is the final round that is random, it is effectively a round 63 with cerams replaced with moabs and leads replaced with ddts (and ofc the ramping). on another note: i miss the old 163. back when certain rushes like 63 had 0 spacing in rushes. that round had at least 1000 ceramics stacked on top of each other. not even solver had enough in the tank to deal with them. nowadays they have something like 0.1 spacing making it super easy for a lot of towers
@@hellboy19991 Round 263 has only around 100 fortified DDTs with normal spacing, hundreds of MOABs and fortified MOABs with very tiny spacing. (Some MOAB groups are stacked) However, the glaive lord can shred round 163 alone and degree 100 glaive dominus can shred round 263 alone.
Ive gotten to round 3000 And it wasnt before the Lategame got even harder ...I did the LotN 5% ability exploit on an advanced challange and quit on round 3000 in fear of my stats getting reset (they never got reset) My legitimite furthest run was to round 298

Makes mods like ascended upgrades really bloodly helpful, as you can keep up with the Bloons' growing health and resistances.
The hardest part (in co-op) is that you get disconnected/stuck reconnecting at around round 245.

As someone who had all degree 100 paragons, it's not worth the effort. Better get Ezili with her MOAB hex.

The Bloons weren’t the problem, the game crashes on round 298 and I lost the save. It didn’t even count for my highest round

It wont make farming more important. In fact, once you reach r250 you can easily have 10m safed up. Money is a non issue at all
I like how paragons actually give late game some nuance, and it's not just "throw a VTSG in the middle of the map and buff it".
They get faster, tougher, and gain more resistance to being stunned and slowed down as the the rounds progress

My sandbox can be set to 9999 but my highest round is 456

NK: We made rounds before 250 easier. Instead, we made rounds 300+ much harder.
NK literally does not want you to play the game like this. they arent going to add new rewards
