Sometimes not hiring anyone at all is the best route in this episode. Especially after only meeting 5 or 6 people. if they all do not know how to sell they are not worth the cost.

I am literally consuming all of Uncle G's materials. Never knew this sorta video exists here.
I know I will have whatever it takes. Not only because I’m young and smart, but also willing to learn and to give it all I have every single day. At 19 years old I’ve worked in multiple jobs. I’ve been working since I was 7 years old, and I know the thirst for money and the desire to just make more. I’m currently working in the concrete industry and I’m making good money, but one thing for sure is that I’m not satisfied by just making 14 an hour. I know I can make more if I put my mind and dedication to it. At 19 years old I’m only thinking of ways to make more and currently looking into marketing and business. I did research and came across Grant Cardone. I’m hoping to one day meet him or work with him in the near future when I go big on business. I don’t plan to stop until I have as big as an empire as he does. I know the desire to make more and build on into it. I have that desire and I know that at 19 years old. I have a big chance to make something great.

I Remember Grant saying "Make Room For Talent" even though everyone thinks he is choosing just one - if you show enough talent and value you may see 5 getting hired eventually. its amazing what you can learn from Grant and his team and this show about your self,your life and how you need to remove or add certain things to use in your life and approach - knowledge is wealth
A suggestion for Grant. He states upfront he is sick of hiring people that are uninspired. My feeling is that you can only look to hire people that are motivated. Your job Grant is to inspire. It is extremely difficult to hire people that are already inspired. The reason being that truly inspired people do not have to look for jobs. I stand by my experience as an entrepreneur. I was always motivated. My search as a young man was inspiration. I couldn’t find anyone that truly inspired me so I went it on my own and have never looked back. Understanding the actions is the key, blurting out words like inspiration is dangerous if you don’t understand the context.
How come the snitch lasted so long? Should've been cut instantly. From this very point it was clear he was weak, and what happened? It all ended up with his "see how morale I am" video. It would have been tons of fun to see The Preacher meet Hamlin on the plane after all.

The tough part came after I realized that my job would be even harder. This job has also been the most rewarding job I have ever had. Wow! Great decision, Dave had incredible passion which is very invaluable in sales. Vee had the technical skills. What I’ve learned in business is that skills can be taught, but you can’t teach Passion. Passion comes from within. I’d rather hire the person with passion and teach them the skills later. Great decision! I’m happy that David got the job, well-deserved. And I’m also happy that Vee got a contract deal for internet marketing. Well played, a win win for all - congrats to David and Vee!
