- Kaghina is a very simple easy to make egg recipe that can be made in a jiffy do give it a try
Kaghina
Eggs 3( as per required)
Onions 2 chopped
Green chillies 2-3 chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Tomato 1 small chopped (optional)
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup chopped
Chilli powder 1.5 -2 tsp
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Heat oil in a kadai add onion green chillies sauté well add salt to taste add I chopped tomatoes sauté we’ll add all the masala powders fry we’ll add 1/2 to 3/4 cup water and boil till masala is all well cooked and comes together well add Garam masala
Gently break in the eggs close and cook till done on one side gently turn over without breaking and cover and cook till done sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot with poori s or chapattis
