I can answer it for you. First of all you need to date her outside of work. In there you are a possible item, not colleagues. And also, its quite baffling that you have thoughts about harassment. Let me explain. Being masculine also requires some vibe check. This is the skill most guys dont have. You gotta know when a woman is into you without her saying this. You dont do daring stuff just because you are a masculine guy. Make sure as well the vibe is right (she’s flirty, engaging, teasing, seems attracted to you) before doing some moves.

I think if a woman notes that a man knows what he wants and is strong but at the same time has good values and a good heart, that can make a big impression, too!
