Lol - those isuzu's just jeep surprising, over and over again -they get through many of the tracks the bigger tanks struggle on. Patrols are good too but.👍
Yep sent the front away and it seems to be working all good now, back doesn't work at the odd time here and there so maybe get that fixed after Christmas holidays
I like Berto’s rims, and yes, been a local. It is beautiful out there. Let’s hope no fires go through there this year when I finish my 60s series chop I’m hoping to get out to those tracks
Another cool video. I'll be going to Coffs in late January but not doing any of these tracks. Can you recommend any easy to medium trails to he a look at?
Only time it got hotish (just over 100 degrees), was repeated attempts at those ruts at top of commando. But that's still within Nissans recommended temp range
Ah yes, a person obviously unaware of the devastation that even a small fire can cause. The ground vegetation fuel in those Forrest's are huge and would be incredibly dry. There is a reason the fines are so large for fires lit during prohibited burning periods, being 1 Oct to 31 Mar, as it only takes one loose ember to get away from you. To advertise that behaviour and blatant disregard is pretty average.
@@brockcooper9712 feel free to check the NSW state forest website, currently no fire bans in North coast NSW, aka Coffs Harbour where we were. www.forestrycorporation.com.au/visit/solid-fuel-fire-bans I am well aware the devastation a fire can cause, I am also well aware how to safely light and control a fire during times fires are allowed. The NSW state forest website states - "If permitted, campfires must be less than 1m2 and 4.5m from the nearest log, stump or tree. The ground around within 2 metres must be cleared of all flammable matter. Do not make new fire pits or leave your campfire unattended. Be sure your fire is totally extinguished before you leave. A smoking fire is not extinguished." All of the above we did. So settle down champion
I've said it before and I'll say it again, that MUX is very impressive sometimes!
That MUX (and Gary) does bloody well. Great show, Cheers. And Berto is a great addition to the team
Thanks mate
The suspension is working well in Burto's wagon 👍🏻
Yep 👌
That is flexual heaven, Burtos new suspension working well 👍
Wow that’s a good example of the difference between 35s with and without reduction gears.
Looks like a top spot aye mite have to head that way soon for sure..
Great vid always out n about is good to see man.
awesome Tyler, some serious 4wding, you guys made Commando look easy💪
Great way to spend time with your dad and young fella! Keep up the good work mate, lots of effort goes into these!
Cheers mate!

Those Cicadas are soooo loud dude! There must be a billion of them😮
Berto’s suspension does a little bit of clinging and clinging, but it’s still in the job
Go the Patrols!! looks like a good trip ! ⛅🏞️🌳🛻📹🤙😎
That’s more like it!
Burto out there driving trails looking more groomed than I do to take the Mrs out to dinner
😜😜👍👍

Gday, great few days away with some awesome tracks, keen for next weeks episode, cheers
Appreciate it mate!
Gary needs a solid axel 4by. Good episode 👏 👌
Great GQ action well done guys.
Thank you!
Another good episode guys..👍
Cheers mate
You can't beat a Patrol, Td's sound awesome.
I think the MUX needs 285/70r17 Yokohama Geolandar G017 XD AT Tyres

You just need a stroker engine for that low down torque.
Couldn't reach that second tree Berto? ;)
what wheels does burto have there very nice
Great Ep Tyler, that was really cool seeing the 2 GQ’s tackle those tracks. I think you you guys should build be a SWB GQ for Gary!
Cheers mate! Yeah we are looking at doing a build for him in the near future
@@TylerThompson90the way Gary drives the MUX. He'll probably outdrive all of you in a solid axle 4wd.
As a fellow TD owner, how'd they go on engine temps and egts? Very important, and potentially life changing info for all TD owners!

We need a patrol for Dad.
Nice one but the greenies will be up you guys with all that smoke and dust.😂🤣
When is Tyler Thompson and Aussie Arvos doing a collab?
The MU-X surprised me by its capability.
Middle of summer and heatwave, lights a campfire, smart move.
A small fire, on creek rocks, with water all around it, in a very green rainforest area, dangerous stuff 😂

@@TylerThompson90 engine swap
@@Accolades70 still working on it, slow process. More episodes coming soon
Great vid mate, my favourite type of content you upload. What has the highest ground clearance stock? GU,GQ or 80? Cheers.
Cheers mate! 80 I think mate cause of small diffs under neath

lovit
Good work fellas! 🤘🏻
Appreciate it!
Someone needs portals. Next mod?
Just need to take my diff guards off I reckon to get that extra clearance
Interesting audience in the comments
Where’s Tim? Did he get the arse?
Tim's my good mate, he lives in Tasmania, long way from me. So we only really go camping/4wding together once every 1-2 years
Burto needs scrubbies
Will it ever see any real 4x4 tracks
Mall crawling only
Tracks look gnarly 👎
Brilliant mate but how grown up is your boy looking remember when he was a toddler how time flys eh 🤙🏻🏴
Yep sure does!
