I’ve got an older version of this machine. It’s really good. Great wash, rinse and spin performance. It’s very quiet and has been reliable. I would buy another Bosch as it is far better than the Miele I had previously. Great video
@@jenniferdevlin2805 Prewash is helpful if there's mud or wet stains on clothes like after kids have played in the mud. After taking that out,the main wash will start. If the stain is dry or very old, an intensive, a high temperature wash or things like bubble soak will help. That's my understanding. In our LG unit, the intensive function will increase the wash cycle with intense action and also adds extra rinses. So having both prewash and intensive in the same cycle is unnecessary and redundant imo. You're equating prewash to soaking which is new to me as I don't think it's as effective as soaking is. If you're using prewash in the first place then why use intensive anyway? A waste of water and energy.
@sudhakar7889 I already work for a white goods manufacturer and know quite a lot about appliances however I still like using the pre wash function occasionally for white laundry. Modern appliances do not use as much water as you think it does.
What's the difference between this and the WGG24400GB you reviewed a few months ago, please? I see the 1kg difference in load, but can't find this model number's specs with Bosch

I use the pre wash even though I have a stain setting on my washing machine xx.
Why though?
@sudhakar7889 I use it to loosen the stains on my laundry like a quick soak before the main wash. To me that's a silly question but do understand xx

@@jenniferdevlin2805 A knowledgeable person would go in depth. Anyways, chao!!
Always use prewash on whites programme with either Ariel or Persil bio POWDER...NEVER liquid
I've stopped ordering liquids as they make the machine smell so bad. Never had such a problem with powders.
