All these years I thought this was the TLC dance and “The Bart” dance was a different move where you rock forward and backwards with each leg- one heel down and toe up, then switch legs.
Update: Okay so I just watched the video and he did do the dance I was talking about! I knew I wasn’t crazy! Lol

Even though the song is called the Simpsons Dance, we actually called it the Bart or the Bart Simpson. Really hard to describe the dance, but you alternate kicking your legs out and or to the side. Almost like skipping. You'll know what I mean when you watch this video. Lol
