He's more of a performer than a musician in my mind - some of the other guys they've had hit the notes better and had better rhythm (I know sax is insanely hard). It's a really difficult solo, so I'm not trying to take anything away from him, but when you know the song through-and-through it's way more satisfying when the guy hits the notes and such. Plus after seeing a few guys do it, I have way more respect for those who can now.
He absolutely snaps on that solo when he gets back on stage...
