I always thought the old mouth animations on the idle felt off, especially considering they were added randomly in late 2021. It made me think it was some sort of bug that was never fixed.
It's kinda wierd that the animations were altered a bit out of nowhere, mostly the eyes looking around instead of almost always stationary. But it gives it a bit more live than just staring normal (I guess)
Aside from the new animations, they still could've changed Fire Haven Rare Wubbox's voices to say something like "Overheating" or "System Overheat" instead of resampling their Air Island voices.
And also maybe change the air island sound to not get so loud randomly. That plus epic wubbox on that island make the sound of that part of air island hurt my ears.

I'm fine with everything else they did with the eyes and the disc, but my friend Rare Wubbox no longer has what I consider to be one of its defining features; a smooth mouth movement during his idle animation. They need to change the idle animation back.
@@Game_Blox9999 no not the idle animation, in its actual playing animation on cold island, it would stare at the player while glitching the word “buffer”. It’s during the part where it’s right eye twitches a little. This was before the first epic wubbox update tho.
Something interesting is how R. Wubbox’s newer sounds on Ethereal and Haven (and presumably Wublin later) are easier to understand than his older sounds on the 5 natural islands. Seems they don’t want any more of those ‘rArE wUbBoX lYrIcS rEvEaLeD’ videos.

i'm no psychologist, but the new animation of Rare Wubbox's eyes look a lot like how an autistic person would try to avoid looking at people. Possibly just a coincidence though X3
I prefer both rare wubboxes, but the new one is kinda better due to the movement of the eyes making it more like an expensive robot compared to one on wish.

I love how they focused more on the eyes. I feel like the eyes are the main part of the Rare Wubboxes’ goofy personality and how happy they are!
I would have never thought that a subtle change in the eye movements would make the Rare Wubbox feel more alive

If you notice, they also fixed the disc not spinning in Water and Earth's songs

So basically the mouth in the idle is mostly shut, the eyes finally move, and it's overall much more consistent with most other monsters. Cool!

I really like the new animation on Rare Wubbox’s eyes. It gives him much more of a personality. My favorite is probably on Earth Island.
