Hi Sarabjeet, Thank you for taking the time to make these video. They are tremendously helpful. I was in IT and was on a career break for long time but now working as a BA with the help of your channel. Thank you so much. My organization follows hybrid model and recently I was tasked to analyse the operations and business process of a new organization which our company has taken over. Till now I have created multiple flowcharts dedicated to each process in the two departments they have, I also created a playback presentation with the links of all the flowchart and process explanation docs. Could you please suggest what else I should be doing. Thank you

Thanks a million for the waterfall overview. What would a test script created by a BA look like (and why wouldnt the QA be tasked to do it)?
Usually it's the role of QA to create test scripts/test cases but it's not unheard of for BA to also provide support in creating test scripts/test cases
Very interesting overview. When do you do budget and time estimation for the workload? I see in your view that project plan and schedule is done before requirements gathering. Shouldn’t it happen after? Of course a plan is often meant to change. But I would really like to know your opinion.

There are different levels of schedules / timelines / budgets that are established during the life of a project. Level 0 estimates are created without all the details and therefore are subject to change as have more clear on the needs / requirements. Hope this helps

Watching as a replay. Really useful - would a BA ever be asked to do SRD? I'm thinking of the projects that I've been involved in and we didn't have an SRD. Is there plans to do a similar length video for diagrams in agile too?
That's a great question - usually developers or business systems analyst are responsible for SRD

Do the documents overlap? for example in the Analysis and Design phase we have BRD and FRD for the BA and RTM in Design and Development.
