From my understanding it wouldn’t let make another attack with a bonus action. But this also means monks can dual wield now and punch as a bonus action if they get the weapon mastery from some other source like feats or multi-classing.
I've always ran dual wielding as 1 attack for both Weapons assuming you're not dual wielding a heavy weapon like a greatsword unless your strength is just godly and idc if anyone doesn't like that cause its "not the rules" . My players love how my games are run and so do I. Always remember rule 1: have fun
