Its not a kg , its Kgf (Gravitational unit of force)
When force applied on 1 kg of mass and its accelerated at a rate of 9.81m/sec2 that force is said to be 1kgf
SI unit of force is Newton- when force is applied on 1kg of mass and its accelerated at a rate of 1m/sec2 that force said to be 1Newton force
means N= Kg*m/sec2
hence , 1Kgf=9.81 N
