not a clearcut explanation, he just vomits what the brochure contains, health insurance is very tough to understand,because comman man lacks awareness about medical industry ,so many genuine claims had been rejected, can you tell us why this happens? i think this video is just for marketing not giving through knoeledge.

It may be tough to you. But not to all. To create awareness among the lesser known, this video is produced. If the claim is genuine it will be paid. Before submission of claim one should know whether it payable or not? Whether it is within the excluded period? Whether it is pre-existed disease etc. If some one take a policy and admitted within short period just for the sake of claim - it will be definitely rejected.
