Les Humphries Singers normally had 22 singers. In their Eurovision they had John Lawton (the guy in blue) as lead vocalist. Known for Lucifer's Friend and Uriah Heep, Jürgen Drews, Liz Mitchell (later Boney M) and Linda G. Thompson (Linda Uebelherr). She was also a member of Silver Convention that took part the year after. In the late 60"s and early 70's they had three female singers from other countries. Wencke Myhre (Norway), Siw Malmkvist (Sweden) and Gitte (Hænning, Denmark).
The guy you noticed in 1987 and who was absent in 1992 went on to become a member of the ill-fated but very famous Milli Vanilli. I think, sadly, he is no longer with us.
