Your best bet is to join the Index Machines Discord chat and start reading vociferously. In short, yes you can download the 3D printer files in the CAD directory under the Master branch on the Index Github, however the CAD files are undergoing changes (in the cad-staging branch) to improve their printability and also transitioning the 3 wheel gantry back to a 4 wheel gantry that is much more stable and much easier to tension. Lots of improvements that you might as well wait before 3D printing at this point. Basically we're in a holding pattern right now but soon things should get moving again!
