Great video, you should try out ethos ezpz ceramic coating for paint. The water beading is madness and the installation is so easy
Good video. This is one of the easiest glass coatings to apply. I have heard multiple people have issues with glass coatings when polishing with clarity cream.
That is very interesting. I'll do some research on that. The local place also sells some GTechniq as well so I can pick that up in a pinch.
"Fantastic Deal Though ", read this multiple times 😂 . Thx for the review
I find myself repeating things a lot. Unfortunately it's in editing.
Very interesting video, , thanks
Yes, it is.
Great review! Can't wait to see how it holds up. You should also check out the Soft99 Ultra Glaco glass coating!
Stay tuned. Already applied.
Yeah great video it looks only ok to me, i also would be saying give the fusso glaco soft 99 a go it is amazing
I will have an update once I get some decent rain and can set the tripod up in the car to record. The water really does bead up and fly off the surface. Just waiting for a reply from Ethos on the application lines you can see in the video.
And just like that it started raining outside. Went for a drive. You'll see the update video, but the AZ Glass started sheeting up the glass 5mph sooner than the Ultra Glaco.
Can this be used on paint?
Not that I'm aware of. It's labeled as glass coating and also comes in a very small bottle. (15ml you would want a 30ml bottle)
How do you think it would PERFORM if you just decontaminate it with the towel and Rinseless and NO iron remover and didn’t do the polished step
The iron remover really helps break any iron particles loose from the surface. I know the stuff stinks (they sell non smelly stuff these days) but if you have a clay towel you should have a bottle of the iron remover as well. That said, you can feel and hear when a towel is doing it's job, so give it a shot! As far as polishing goes, the step I did was the least evasive you could go without doing it at all. Most people would use a rayon pad. If you have a newer car I wouldn't worry. The polishing step simply makes sure all waxes and sealants have been removed. (like car wash sealants or even protection from washer fluid.)
Got it thanks I really enjoy your channel look forward to your content always !!
First!!!!
Hi, great video. I’m a newbie and would like to use this on my 3 month old 2024 RAV4 prime. Can I bypass the prep steps and go straight to the ceramic coating after washing my car? Also, are you still seing the application lines? Not sure I want those lines to appear on all my windows 🤷♂️. TIA
I would clay the window but you can skip the polish step. I reached out to Ethos about the application lines. As I have not had dew again on my car since that day I can't say they're there or not.
@@TheOutdoorDetailer thank you, greatly appreciated. Please let me know if they get back to you 🙏🏻
Been 2 weeks and still nothing. I messaged over the weekend here and they just replied saying still working on it.
@@TheOutdoorDetailer that’s not very impressive 🤷🏻♂️
