I just thought that these two individuals who are medical professionals at the highest level would not ask immediately to conduct a toxicology study. Especially when the oldest one begins having the same symptoms as her younger brother. I found myself thinking through the whole movie why not the proper analysis? From not only the doctors but the hospital as well. I just couldn't take them seriously in this movie knowing their level of incompetence. A toxicology screens is just so basic. I'm not a doctor but even I would have started with the screening for the answer.
I think it was supernatural because If he simply poisoned them how would the girl have been able to walk in the hospital for a few minutes when Barry called her
