Hey Juna, I am trying to make a blanket, I'm using Canva using 5000 x 5000px but to put it in Printify to get image to fit canvas it always reduce the resolution. How do I size blanket and keep resolution?
The resolution should be fine if you do the right pixel size.... the problem is that the pixel size for a blanket on Printify is 7825x9325 and Canva doesn't let you design at that size.... You may have to half it and repeat it or use any app like Affinity Designer that can export at that size.
Printify also accepts SVG, but I believe you have to make it much smaller then 5000 x 5000 or it will be enormously big!

Are you using a laptop or desktop? Are you using Printify text and background colors? It should work pretty easily. I'm wondering what the difference is?

I recently saw a video where a RUclipsr ran a script inside adobe illustrator to replace one word with another to scale the design. Hope that helps!

Hi Juna, do you know if printify/printiful allow copyrighted characters stuff for personal use? I mean without publishing anywhere, just design and buy by myself, it should be legal
I don't know.... I would imagine you would be okay...... it's when you try to sell something is when you get in trouble

You can do it manually and just add it on top of the pattern after you uploaded it or you can make the name as part of the pattern to begin with.

Thanks for the video, I am new in this amazing business, How Can I add the colors to my product? When I create the design and I go to my product details I can see the size but not the available colors or added colors. If somebody can help me please, I am getting crazy looking for this answer in the internet.
For blankets just click on background color.... What product are you looking at? Maybe the product doesn't have that option. I'm looking at the Velveteen Plush Blanket and it has Background Color as a dropdown
Clear and informative video, but something is missing to complete the tutorial. Once you create the blanket, you upload the tutorial but how to change the names as per the request from the customer or are you just targeting all the Williams in the world. But you did say it was personalized.

if we sell it in etsy, is there any option for the customer to change the name?
I think you can add the option for the customer to tell you the name you want but you will have to still change it after the fact.... I'm not sure how this works with Hello Custom I may have to do another video about that

Can’t you just you the pattern button on printify?
For objects you can... so if you made an object of the name you could but I couldn't see it for editable text
