It's true, are a big difference of strained high notes and supported high notes. Chaeryeong sound good but her high note is actually very strained but it's hard for each Itzy member.
Also, it's about how healthy you can execute that highnote, if you're not executing healthily or you're just straining, that's a highnote, a bad one at that, people need to know that first

in my opinion gidle is my fav vocal line in 4th gen, not only bc of their unique voices but also bc they are one of the very few groups that always sing live. I love gidle but shuhua is not rly a good vocalist compared to her members... her vocals have improved but she still lacks in vocals.. imo she should be ranked in 24 or 23.. and soyeon's vocals are underrated af her voice may not be everyone's cup of tea, but her vocals are insane, if u don't believe me just watch clips of them singing live.. imo soyeon should be ranked on 12 or even 10 🤨
