Eesh, setting reasonable boundaries doesn't feel like self care right now. So stressful! And presumably why some of us reasonable folks tend to go with the flow. We've been trained not to create waves. Probably when you are exhausted isn't the best time to wade into such new waters, but we know it has to be done. And now we are up to our skinny fragile necks hoping things are calming down soon. Hopefully, next time and on and on it gets easier, less outrageous? Who knows? All good sensible advice which should have been delivered before we learned to kindly and politely put others first!
