My first time hearing this song I was on shrooms I kid you not I cried tears of joy starting up the game watching the intro with this song I never heard a game song as beautiful whoever made this did their damn thangggg !

Great song, I agree that one of the best bits is hearing just a touch of Ryu's theme just at that point where a song is usually *giving* the tempo. Outstanding touch! =D

The slow burn romance is strong on this one! Quite surprising that Capcom made the development gradual and consistent. Who knows, they could’ve plotted this for years, but knowing that the fandom divided on ships like this, they kept it subtle. (or obvious for those who actually would to like see) I do have mixed feelings on what would happen in SFVI onwards, but still feeling optimistic.

Sakura, in that time you've come so far on your own, with only the determination and purity of your heart to guide you. I could never allow someone as pure as you to be tainted by me. The truth is you have always been worthy of being my student. One day, I hope I can be worthy of being your teacher.
@@bw4348 Now that is something I would love to see. Or It doesn’t have to be a formal Master/Student relationship, but they become training partners instead, and in turn see each other as equals. I love partnership dynamics. :)
@@kalmeio_17 Yeah that actually sounds much better. When you think about how much Sakura has accomplished on her own. She really could hang in there with Ryu and Ken if she had no other troubles. I see potential for a plot where Akuma persues Sakura when he can't tempt Ryu anymore. Then Ryu has to be more involved with Sakura to prevent her from going to the darkside. Or just a scenario where Sakura traveling with Ryu helps him with his training and suppression/control of his darkside, like how she snapped him out of the Satsui no Hadou in the SFIV anime. She seemed like an anchor for him. I really felt like she meant a lot more to him than just being a fan from that moment.
@@bw4348 Yeah, Akuma seeing potential in her, the possible reveal of Dark Sakura and the risk that would impose could be how Ryu and her get closer. I would love to see that. If she turns into Dark Sakura, I would be screaming. But one question remains, what would be the trigger? But also, the longer they form a connection, the more that the Mu no Ken becomes stronger and the Satsui no Hado becomes less frequent to nonexistent. A possible plot Idea I have. And yeah, from the SFIV ova he was able to snap out of it because of her. I am surprised that a lot of the fandom overlooked this. Even when I first watched it, it struck to me as noteworthy. Ryu seems to care about Sakura, but how much is unclear. Hell, I would love them to just interact because the dynamic they have is both adorable and complicated (I feel like you can interpret it as platonic, romantic or a conglomeration of both). I could see Ryu showing his softer side towards Sakura as they bond and Sakura being more affectionate towards him. They start to talk about their fears, insecurities and worries, helping each other through it all. I have a lot of fanfic ideas. :p (I actually wrote fanfics with these two as well if you’re interested.)
I hope this game gets on switch I mean there is a chance sense capcom vs snk match of the millennium just got ported ps awesome remix this one of my favorite themes and you definitely did it justice

If one of you wants to play SFV, start from SFA to SFIV, then go forth to SFV. This song really indeed foreshadowed something.
