I feel like Boba talks the way he does, is because he had a stutter. I have heard plenty of people who talk slowly and calculative of every word because they had to go to speech therapy for a stutter. Please correct me if I am wrong. Also... I am sorry If I did not get their/his? Pronouns right...
I've recently learned that a few autistic people go thru speech therapy of a sort to get them to talk, and they usually sound very different from non mute people when they do talk.
