Dear Hannah, just wanted to Thank you sweetie for the flooring idea. Because of this video we put the flooring in our kitchen and boy has it made working in the kitchen so much better. We learned that you need to buy all the same item number or else it won't match up. Walking on this feels really good. Thanks again.

I have used mats like this before. I actually still have them. I threw all the flat pieces away though because the were a pain to deal with. I also laid down 4 inch duct tape below the connecting edges. They don't always lay perfectly flat. The edges do not go against any wall so vacuuming around them with shop vac is not a problem. I put them down to protect my weights from the carpeted concrete, not the other way around. I have cut up a few pieces for a sit/kneel pad when camping and they are considerably cheaper that cutting up one of those roll up sleeping mats/ yoga mats. We had those in the Army and we cut them down and taped hinges so they would fit in the back of ruck sack. Love your videos HB.
Well Hannah ....looks like once again you are proving to be a person who won't stop doing what is needed. Your Dad did good in raising you and your willingness to get er done is a great thing so see. Most young girls would be sitting back saying...daddy daddy, but NOT you. My hat is off to you and your eagerness to get er done. I have said it before and will say it again, Dad...... you did a great job of raising Hannah, my respect to you and Hannah for showing the rest of the world that good people with good values will prevail. I was in Marianna FL with Team Rubicon after Hurricane Michael came through. I drove up to Dothan Alabama to HomeDepot to pick up some supplies we needed for homeowners we were helping.
The home gym looks great It is a lot of work but very rewarding at the end when you stand back and look at what you’ve built Good Cressman ship

The bunkhouse is looking great. The elbow grease is paying off. Like the mat idea, soft and great insulation. If I build another teardrop camper, I'll likely use that for it's floor.

I like that flooring for a weight room. Nice setup, I'm using an Iron Master. I think it will last 1000 years. Tin shower is a great idea, love that.

I bought a bunch of those things for my floor as well. They stink at first, but that smell goes away pretty quick. But you have to remember to check the model number of those pads because some of them have a puzzle piece that goes the opposite direction in the middle!

I love the idea of using those mats for the floor. They are pretty durable, but when they do wear out you can just replace the ones that need replacing. It will be a lot cheaper than replacing the whole floor.

I’ve got half of my workshop and my kitchen floor covered in that foam from Harbor Freight. It gives a lot of comfort to your feet as opposed to concrete and tile or vinyl. And it’s cheap to replace sections when they get worn out.
Normaly, unless you built the building to fit uncut sections, normally you would find the mid point of the long and short walls and draw a cross where the two sides meet in the middle. Then you start to join the tiles outwards towards the walls, using cutoffs to fill any gaps along the walls.That way it looks right.
