""udders?""yeah there were loads of them"" is classic
Matty Woodhouse one of the best scenes
Hahaha Jay sounded like he was describing Kung Pow: Enter the Fist. Also the udders exchange was hilarious.
They stood up on their hind legs and starting firing milk from their tits
And he completely r/whooshed it 😂
My favourite line out of the whole 3 series. Seemed to go right over Devon's head though 😂
you said about them maybe not being friends. they are, that's how you treat your closest friends in the UK, you all just bully each other lol
This is so true 🤣🤣
Correct. The American soldiers is WW1 found it strange that we did this.
Yepm and if you didn't ypu probably wasn't friends.
You know if you're true friends if they run up behind you and slap the back of your head
@@Tigeraxgg Correct. I think they draw the line well in the show as well. Very few are personal insults which friends don't usually do. Its more insults about what is going on at the time or just the banter in conversation.
"Udders?"
"Yeah there were loads of them"
One of my fave lines this episode
Mr Gilbert is ‘head of 6th’ at the school, meaning head of 6th form, which is education from age 16-18 in the UK.
In england. Not Scotland
@@tashaslay2219 do they not have sixth form in scotland?
Ah ok, I’m American and I’ve been watching the Inbetweeners since it came out and I always wondered what 6th form was
@@luthierjustin1 Nursery > Reception > Primary school > Secondary school > Sixth Form or College > University.
Kids who have been kicked out of school and adults over the age of 18 can also do courses at college if they choose to.
@@jjpvp361 Nah. We have 7 years at primary (p1-p7). Then 6 years at secondary (s1-s6). Finish when you're 17 or 18
One of the funniest series ever. It’s been a blast.
Was super excited for this reaction, but it's bittersweet as it feels like the end of an era. Your Inbetweeners reactions brought me to your channel, but you yourself have made me want to stay around for whatever future content you might want to bring. I remember you said in a previous video that you'd react to the movies on your Patreon, so I will definitely sub when that's out too. Thanks for the enjoyable journey!
Cringe
@@Sir.Wiggalot What was cringe about it ? Why don't you break it down for us..
Same here
I hope he watches Peep Show next! The kings of comedy cringe!
@@Sir.Wiggalot if you dont like it, why are you on here
Man! This has been a long and great run. It’s been fun as someone who lives in the uk, to watch an amazing RUclipsr like you, watch a series I grew up with. I will miss this.
Sad to think outrage mob have silenced such comedy like this. It's our national heritage to take the piss.
you all probably dont care at all but does anybody know a way to get back into an instagram account??
I stupidly forgot the account password. I love any tricks you can offer me!
@Wells Nolan instablaster :)
“Simon’s intention was pure Romeo and Juliet, unfortunately the execution was pure crime watch”. Is one of my favourites
Before I watch this just wanted to say thank you for this past month of reactions to this series, has made my life a lot better and enjoyable, much love bro
Still got the movies
Next up: The Inbetweeners Movie Reaction?!
Tom i agree, maybe do it in parts due to it being so long.
He said at the end of the video he is going to do them! :)
@@harrisoncowan3961 Yeah I agree. Maybe 3 parts? (It has a running time of 1hr 37)
@@mrRYoung and I can't wait! Obviously they can't beat the episodes but I thought the movies were still really good!
The movies are a flop
"udders", "yeah there were loads of them" - most underrated inbetweeners quote ever
x x I don’t get it can yku explain
James Jay’s lieing about how many cows were firing from their tits, but Will corrects them saying “udders” (the actual name) and Jay mishears this as “others” and says “yeah there were loads of them”
@@LJV3NOM 2 years late but jay thought will said “others?”
The "hmmm" after Carly tells him she can't think of them being so far appart is the best scene in this series idk why but that one really sticked with me.
Hahaha I love that bit too 😂 "Hmmmm mm"
Yeah, it's so memorable.
for teenage lads in the UK the biggest gesture of endearment is ‘bullying’ as you see it. like brother cubs in the wild they are toughening each other up
End to a brilliant series
Joe S what about the second
@@HallowedAura0 Second one was more of a money grab. Wasn't really necessary, still funny though.
Joe S the second movie is around six months later I believe as I think Neil mentions when they went to Malia and says that Australia is there second holiday of the year, Jay also says he hasn’t seen wills mum for 6 months
Joe S Yeah the first film is sort of the end but still when the inbetweeners series ended it was the end in a way
Wow . Its been a hell of ride which we all enjoyed all together . Devon davinci your a great youtuber and I really enjoy watching your from video from UK Subscriber
We treat our mates the same way in Australia. It's just a constant piss-take-a-thon
Glad to know, my cousin from Canada doesn't have a clue how it worked when he came over, got offended with everything
Lol yeah same here in northern Ireland
If you don’t take the piss out of your mates until they hate you then are you really mates?
You're pretty good at ripping on the Pomms...
Gotta love the Aussies. Reckon they’re the closest to us Brits culturally 🤝
Really enjoyed this series, seeing your reactions was like re-watching the series for the first time. Cheers dude from the UK
"she told me she couldn't have anymore kids"
"anymore!?!"
😂😂
25:35 Your face changed from absolute poker face to absolute laughter in one tiny little frame
Lone Count V he completely fucking lost it, glorious
Loved this whole series. Being from UK I've watched Inbetweeners before but it's better watching it with a reaction. Feels more chill .
Part of the journey is the end. Thank you so much for doing this. This brang back so many childhood memories. Bus wankers & "Friends" is still a thing in 2020
Loved watching ye with ricky gervais show and the inbetweeners it was a pleasure pal your a star lots of love from Ireland
25:35 - The best reaction EVERRRRR. Had me in stitches of laughter.
A sad day indeed, can't wait for the next show reaction! This has been something I've really looked forward to in quarentine so cheers Devon
The end of an era, please watch the films!! or if any watch the first one, have enjoyed watching these :)
This series has literally been a banger, can’t wait to see more from this channel
Really enjoyed watching these reactions, it felt like a refresh of a show I had enjoyed for many years. Looking forward to the Inbetweeners movies reactions and hopefully the next TV show is as enjoyable as these have been.
I was refreshing your channel cause I was like "hmm 3 days since last upload...surely a new inbetweeners reaction" and yep :) made my night, can't wait to see the movie reactions, they are going to be great! thanks for this series devon, it's been fun.
In UK mates can b brutal to each other but it just banter most of the time. Love inbetwenners
I have never heard of smokey the bear, must be an American thing
You not heard about the ol' UK Smokey the Bear? Started with an innocent disease claim: a bear by the o' name Alexander Hadfield, the local tailor bear.
"Within a week his assistant George Viccars who, noticing the bundle was damp, had opened it up, was dead and more began dying in the household soon after.
As the disease spread, the villagers turned for leadership to their rector, the Reverend William Mompesson, and the ejected Puritan minister Thomas Stanley.
They introduced a number of precautions to slow the spread of the illness from May 1666. The measures included the arrangement that families were to bury their own dead and relocation of church services to the natural amphitheatre of Cucklett Delph, allowing villagers to separate themselves and so reducing the risk of infection. Perhaps the best-known decision was to quarantine the entire village to prevent further spread of the disease.
The plague ran its course over 14 months and one account states that it killed at least 260 villagers, with only 83 surviving out of a population of 350. That figure has been challenged on a number of occasions, with alternative figures of 430 survivors from a population of around 800 being given. The church in Eyam has a record of 273 individuals who were victims of the plague.
Survival among those affected appeared random, as many who remained alive had close contact with those who died but never caught the disease. For example, Elizabeth Hancock was uninfected despite burying six children and her husband in eight days. The graves are known as the Riley graves after the farm where they lived. The unofficial village gravedigger, Marshall Howe, also survived, despite handling many infected bodies.
Despite all their efforts, within weeks the plague had recorded its highest recorded deaths across the US, Europe and S. America.
If only Neil hadn't fucked that Chiroptera
Yep, it’s an American thing. Smokey is the USFS(US Forest Service) symbol of fire safety and prevention. Started during WW2, with so many away, the bear was “likable and friendly” reminder to kids. Smokey is one of the most loved and recognized symbols here in the states. Like the arches.
@@stingraytrainer4700 lol such a good one xD
I haven't watched the inbetweeners in many years, but watching them with your reactions has brought a new dimension watching them all over again. Thank you for posting them DaVinci, and I hope you enjoy your next series just as much.
I really enjoyed watching these with a random American, I encourage everyone to jump on his Patreon. Seems like a good fella
I feel incredibly sad that this is over. It's like when I watched the show by myself the first time round and was upset that I'd never see those 4 together again. The first time around this show brought me great joy and the second time around it has brought me to a fun new youtube channel and the way you talk makes me feel I've made a new friend. Thanks so much for these reactions and I look forward to what you have in store next
Such a good reaction channel, been waiting happily for the last episode
This series and watching your reactions has been a great pick up throughout quarantine dude. You rock ✌
Thank you Devon, I've loved watching these with you :) you've made Mondays and Thursdays more bearable. I live alone and there's not much to look forward to lately so thanks so much. Let us know when your patreon page is up, I can't wait for the next programme you do and the films.
Watching these reaction videos made watching Inbetweeners completely new again for me. Sad that it's finished now but thanks for the ride! I'll be on the look out for your other content ;0
I feel a bit bad that you have to explain the process every-time, I think that maybe you should have a clip of you explaining it and then just copy paste it on your other videos, just a suggestion lad
Yeah..or just leave the instructions in the description.
I used to make suggestions in the comments because that's what he told us a while back to put his name with an @ and the suggestion.
No I think people just don't want him watching shit so they throw out suggestions
Otherwise he could end up watching peep show or some other shit and lose loads of viewer's
@@shanekenny5297 Peep Show is one of the greatest British sitcoms ever. With all due respect, maybe the humour is too highbrow for some people to grasp.
This is how we are with our friends just ripping the piss out of each other
12:04
"Gotta nip it in the bud, early." truest words ever lol
"I can't get enough of these sausages. I love them when they're RAW in the middle" 😂😂 classic Neil
and there goes one of the best Series on RUclips. Thank You for this!
Now you’ve done with the series you’ve got two of the inbetweeners movies to watch!
The movies are bit rubbish though.
The thing with Simon’s dad’s job is it tapped into the realities of what was going on at the time. This was first broadcast when the Credit Crunch was in full swing.
Going to miss this reaction series! Please watch the movies! It's been great!
End of an era. Bruh you have made my quarantine amazing. God bless
Neil throwing the chair onto the fire has to be one of the funniest scenes of the entire show
Yoo just want to say mad respect for ya davinci. Enjoyed every one of these reactions and analysis. So refreshing to see a yank develop a British sense of humour, and simply understand it. Regular uploads and d oing these for your and our entertainment, knowing it won’t lead to monetisation. So from your mostly British viewers, cheers for doing this series.
Watched this series countless times, but your reactions have made it one of the best!
Thanks a lot for the reactions for this great series, looking forward to future videos
I love your reaction when Neil says stupid stuff 😂 your like "Aww fk here we go 🤦♂️" lol
Thanks for reacting to this show dude, loved every episode.
Its over already 😢 Its been a ride guys ✊✊✊✊
Joe S yeah the second movie doesn’t seem to be connected tbh
I Have your Diamonds yes they’re not connected but still a good movie
Thank you for this series man, been a few years since I watched it and I've had a lot of fun rewatching it with you, your becoming an adopted brit for us, we love ya man.
I love your reactions. If I'm ever in the good ol' USA I'll be sure to look you up and go for a beer.
Fun fact: The actor who plays jays dad was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico
also where my backpack was sent from last year.
It's not a fun fact
So Jay's dad has probably worked in a meth lab at some point.
Petyr Baelish yeah he met this one bloke heisenberg, he didn’t seem too nice
Fun *Bradford* Facts with connections to The Inbetweeners:
*Emily Head* (Carli), *Emily Atack* (Charlotte), *Henry Lloyd-Hughes* (the bully Mark Donovan), and *David Shaal* (Jay's dad) have all been in *Bradford* based productions. It's possible *Alex Macqueen* (Neil's dad) has appeared in a *Bradford* based production too, however I can't remember him appearing in any *Bradford* based scenes.
*Drifters* the female spin-off of *The Inbetweeners* was executive produced by *Damon Beesley* and *Iain Morris* (aka The creators of The Inbetweeners), starred *Lydia Rose Bewley* (who played Jay's holiday romance in The Inbetweeners Movie), *Lauren O'Rourke* (who played Neil's girlfriend in The Inbetweeners Movie), and *Jessica Knappett* (who played Neil's holiday romance in The Inbetweeners Movie) from *Bradford* who created the show.
The *Channel 4* pilot *Brad Boyz* (2019) was inspired by *The Inbetweeners,* and is basically a copy. It's set in *Bradford,* and it's created by a *Bradfordian,* who has decided to play up to the usual stereotypes about the city. It's decent, but if it gets commissioned for a full series, it needs to be much much better.
I found your channel from the ricky Gervais show videos I watched all of them and now all of these (plus your others vids like the oversimplified ones) man it's been a good journey watching shows with my american pal, love to all the bumders ❤
Where can I find myself a guy like, Devon? He’s funny, sweet and a gentleman :)
Matthew Kirkham mine don’t. However, can’t speak for other women ... don’t think you can put all the millions of women in one category.
@@Chloe_rose they're around. Most of them are probably in your friend zone. 😋
Whiskii I know they’re around I didn’t say that they weren’t and no I don’t have guys In my “friend zone” as don’t have guy friends... so don’t judge when you don’t know the facts. Thanks :)
They definitely are friends... the reason this was so successful is because it’s so relatable. And it’s so relatable because this is what every friend group is like give or take :)
Believe me, they are like really true friends in this programme. My son and his mates are just like them and they rip the shit out of each other so much and really wind each other up something rotten. They give and take so much crap just for the fun of it.
the asda lady is in one of the movies i think. he works in asda and so does she (asda is a supermarket). she works behind the cheese counter, thats why she smells like cheese. both the movies are really funny and can't wait to see your reaction to them
Man, watching you finish this series brings up the same feelings I felt when I finished it for the first time, it's bittersweet.
We definitely don’t have Smokey the bear in the UK haha. Thanks for watching the series it was fucking hilarious reliving it again, undoubtedly the most realistic portrayal of life as a 16 year old in the English school system. Hopefully one day they make a proper reunion - a movie would be the dream. Thanks for the great videos!
Mr Gilbert is head of sixth form college. 16-18 year old. In the UK we have colleges and sixth forms. Colleges are independent to schools and just have college student. Sixth forms is the school section that have developed a college so people can just stay on at school. Most don't have uniforms so I'm not sure why these do. Probably just for the show to highlight they are not at university.
Been a pleasure rewatching the series with you bro
Smokey the Bear is purely an American thing, we rarely have forest fires in the UK since there's usually too much rain.
And no bears
Last one noooooo
You gotta do the movies!
Break them into multiple parts man
James was saying, only this week on his twitch feed, that if he had to write an autobiography it would be in the stile of Jay and it would be complete bullshit
Loved watching an American watching these. Despite some obvious English slang not been understood, it shows comedy is universal!
This is so sad😭😭 i loved this series
I love how hard this show makes you laugh, it's like watching it for the first time again
Most teenage boys do really treat their friends that way over here in the UK (that is what everyone over here loved about this show is that we found it so relatable). Mr Gilbert is the teacher that is in charge of 6th form, so if anyone does something serious they go to him to be told off.
The dialogue and delivery when neil throws wills chair on the fire absolutely kills me everytime i see it
I just noticed that, when Simon is having his rant in the water, you hear someone in the distance shout "Hey!" in an angry voice. There's no reason for that to be in the script, so it sounds like someone is trying to sneak onto the set
Was great to see an American reacting to the inbetweeners and loving it.
Nah they are really friends, most groups of friends in the uk are like that it’s just a free for all piss take😂
this is a sad day, but glad you enjoyed it. could you do a top 10 favorite moments from the show? many of us would love to see you reflect back on the show
when he said final dance i felt that
Glad you enjoyed it mate
Are you going to be doing the films? They really add to the series and are hilarious...especially the immortal bar 'dance' scene
Bro, these reactions are gold! Subbed.
Just finished my uni essays. Gonna watch your reactions from the start, really enjoy the videos 😁
the smashing of the window, I lost it
Greg Davies the Head Master in this was a teacher before he was a comic, he also plays a teacher in "Man down", that is hilarious as well, it also has the late comic genius "Ric Mayal" in the first series. My all time US sitcom is "Threes company", i used to watch this on Sky in the early 1980s in the UK
He is not the Head Master
@@tynchytemper9618 does it matter, head of year or whatever
This was a great series. Helped the day go faster during the corona lockdown. I will miss it !
Thanks for the series, i have enjoyed watching it with you. I love the inbetweeners and have seen it many times. If you don’t react to the movies, i recommend you give them a watch anyway in your personal time - very funny.
You've done a great job reacting to this show, Devon. Nice one, you bumder! 👍
Love your videos mate, nice to see an American reacting to our humour 😂 keep them coming
I’ve been waiting for this episode😂😂😂 this in my opinion is the funniest Inbetweeners episode of all time 🤣
The first Inbetweeners movie was always meant to be the real conclusion. The movie was in production before the tv show came to an end. The movie came about because of how popular the show was. The second movie came about because of how popular the first movie was, even though the proper story had ended by then. Both movies are still worth a watch though, and I’ll be joining your Patreon to see your reaction to it
Simon's rant is so cathartic
And I've binge watched too many of your videos to not sub. You got me dog keep it up.
You should do a series on the show 'Fresh Meat' as it has Simon from this show in it!
Callum Frith true talk fresh meat doesn’t hold a candle to the inbeetwiners
@@johnramos8703 yeah I have to agree. I did enjoy fresh meat but I never felt a connection to the characters like I did with inbetweeners. The only British sitcom I have ever loved more than the inbetweeners is OFAH
Fresh meat is pretty good tbf, ive watched it all doesnt beat inbetweeners but its still good and a worthy watch for da vinci
@@johnramos8703 I still prefer fresh meat to the peep show

Really enjoyed your series! Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
You never find out the age of the Asda girl. But judging by the movies , and Niels response, she was 50+😆
The IT Crowd is a great UK show too if you wanna a show to react to.
Nah the IT Crowd is deader than my Nan mate
The movie is the real wrap up to this show, also the character Gregg Davis is playing was based on when he was actually a teacher.
I remember watching this at 10 years old I miss it the show was funny as shit 😂
I currently live in Swansea, and yeah I pretty much agree with Simon’s reaction
