You are a true Buddhist and your knowledge of Buddhism is immense. You are making relentless efforts to make the people of the world, specially our Indian brothers and sisters, that the Buddhism flourished in India, then got almost wiped out from India and spread far and wide. It got embedded in Tibet and all the important Buddhist texts were translated in Tibetan language, practised well and well preserved. After Chinese forceful occupation of Tibet in 1959, all those important texts were brought back to India. Under the leadership of HH The Dalai Lama, several Buddhist learning centres in India in line with Nalanda University were established. Kailash Ji has pointed out rightly that one must learn Tibetan language if Buddhism is to be studied thoroughly in the spoken language of the followers. Kudos to Kailash Ji for his thoughts and achievements! May the bridge that he has built to bring the Indian Buddhists and Tibetan Buddhists become more stronger with each passing moment. I have known this wonderful individual since his time at the College for Higher Tibetan Studies, Sarah where he was learning the Tibetan language with the aim of studying Tibetan Buddhism in the future. He put in tremendous effort and subsequently enrolled at the Institute of Buddhist Dialectics in Dharamshala, just like Tibetan students, to pursue his studies in Tibetan Buddhism. It brings me great joy to witness his current achievements, particularly as the official Hindi translator to His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Even now, he continues his dedication to Buddhist studies while serving His Holiness and organizing and teaching Buddhism to Hindi speakers.
We have listened to somany great learned lama’s and lay person talk about greatness of H.H, but to hear it from a third person especially from you a Indian scholar is surely a musical to my ears,,once again thank you very much kailash ji, stay humble as you are,you are doing wonderful.
