I finally decided today to start therapy, I re-arranged my entire room and cleaned up, now I’m in bed I’m reading this self help book while listening to this. I know things will get better *1 month later: It’s only been a month but it feels like forever ago. I was in such a bad place and I am still working on it but I feel so much more content. I just started using this BGM soundtrack to help me study for my mock exams and I will tell you, this has been perfect. I am someone who tends to get distracted very easily, and by using this soundtrack as well as the Pomodoro technique, I have managed to study so much more than I previously would. Also the songs at 0:00 , 2:30:58 are so lovely - my favourite from this playlist.

I just started using this BGM soundtrack to help me study for my mock exams and I will tell you, this has been perfect. I am someone who tends to get distracted very easily, and by using this soundtrack as well as the Pomodoro technique, I have managed to study so much more than I previously would. Also the songs at 0:00 , 2:30:58 are so lovely - my favourite from this playlist.
