Chur for the review bro. We’ve ordered this van 2 months ago… just waiting for it to get to the Townsville office. Good info in your review, appreciate it very much.
Thanks for the review. We are literally about to order the same van but hadn't seen much info on the mk3. We are downsizing from a much larger van, looking forward to more off road adventures. 🤙🍻
Great review for people like myself that are looking to upgrade their Jayco for the same reason as you but would really like to know what van your parents bought so we can avoid making the same mistake.
Great review and I like the mods you have done. We are currently looking at similar vans and the Parks 15 is now at the top of the list by a long way. Love to know weights once you get a chance to weigh in.
Thanks for the great review and tips. Looking at one of these in no bunk configuration. They are at the top of our list amongst the competitors. Interesting feedback on the Truma AC. Thanks!
Great review. I might n have d some help as I'm moving to WA next year I hope after my kidney transplant. I'm a single bloke and live beach fishing gonna get a land cruiser 300 new if I can and then need a caravan off road. Would love to have a chat with you further? Also battery technology really interests me... particularly the Ecoflow system technology. Cheers Adam
Fantastic informative review. We have been looking at these hybrids for several months. We think they are way ahead of there competitors. In Perth these retail for $65k ! We may have to visit our daughter in Adelaide and buy one. Thanks again for a great review.
Great honest review and very helpfull. Re running aircon off grid i would be looking at a Victron Multiplus 3000. ($2,400 approx). Works brilliantly and also includes 120 amp/hr shore based 240v charger for those unfortunate occasions of staying in caravan parks. Cheers
The only reason mud tyres are installed on these vans is because they fit the off road aesthetic. Been looking at this van for a while, just so expensive for a box on wheels. Thanks for the review, helps with my decision making.
Thanks for your info, we are lookingh at the Ceduna MK3 twin, and also don't like the table, and which as you said they did a better job of installing the solar panels.
Mate you're a legend. I ordered my MK3 8 weeks ago and love your upgrades. Love the AOS bag storage. Can you please tell the bag size so I can order in advance of the van arriving. Thanks again for pioneering alot of this vans upgrades.
aussieoutbacksupplies.com/product/aos-cargo-storage-drawer-bag-tall-small-with-clear-top-divider-grey-canvas/ This is the ones. The large fit in the shelves I put in. Cheers
Great review, we are waiting for ours [ same van] to arrive late August i hope , also found the quality and finish of the van very good, only thing I’m concerned about is the Chinese battery they use but time will tell I guess. Have you had a wheel alignment done that’s the first thing I’m looking at doing when I get our van.
Yeah time will tell on the battery but it has room to upgrade to quite a large system. I’ll be putting in a redarc 1250 dcdc as I have 360ah of battery and the 25 isn’t enough for me. Wheel alignment is to come. It’s actually in your contact. For warranty to get it done in your first service after 1000kms
Great video. Loved all the information. Looking at this one also. Just wondering if you could do a video on the annex and how easy it would be to setup?
Really good review - helping me zero in on an ezytrail. I am looking at the 13" version of this van as our kids are now "grown up". With the batteries between the axels any concerns on ground clearance or wading depth?
Great review, i'm looking at upgrading from a dual fold camper trailer, sick of the wind and packing up in the rain. How does your pop up portion go with wind and sound, a few Ive come across can be a bit flappy and noisy
I’ve moved the table pivot down to the bottom bracket for a colleague. So the post stays in the centre of the table and the pivot arm moves in the foot area
Hey mate , great video , we have a parkes 15 mk2 , but definitely take some of your mods into mine. Question, did you make a video on the diesel heater fuel box mount and behind fridge storage box ? Cheers
Great review. We’re in the process of looking at new campers after we had an accident with ours. Currently looking at MDC & Ezytrail. Previously had a signature. Which camper do your parents have? Thanks mate
Hello mate I’m about to buy a Ezytrail caravan, just wondering do you know much about there own brand fridges? 95L Dahl zone fridge freezer? The guy at the shop offered me a good price on one but I’m worried there are going to be like the kings fridges?
Great Review mate. Pick ours up this Saturday. Can’t wait and definitely will pinch a few ideas off you. Is that the ‘Manan’ Diesel Heater? You still happy with it? Cheers
We would love to but can’t justify the price of them just yet. Not to keen on the ones that only work on moving air pressure as it’s not doing anything when stopped
It’s a 900mm long one from Bunnings mate. Smallest I could find. It’s a bit of a pain to lock in the upwards position as it needs two hands. I plan on making a mesh style wall with a zip door
I’ve had that problem as well. I always remove the tape and use gorilla tape. Handles the 45° days down here in Adelaide. Not to sure how it would go with humidity tho
I w always bud my controllers and just do a few nights at different temps and see what works. My Jayco I would set it at 12° and the Parkes, 14-15° seems to be the sweet spot

Definitely a review the manufacturer should take on board. Easy cost effective fixes and great ideas. Nice one mate 👍🏽

Currently looking at buying the Ceduna 15 Twin Mk3 in Perth. This was really helpful. Cheers!

Just check they didn’t quote you the hard too Ceduna as that’s about the cost for them here

Fantastic, thanks so much , we had same and bought similar .
Love all your add ons .
Thanks for the effort putting this together. Looking at a first van and appreciate your insights.

I do plan on doing one and how I got the supplies AFK to work
How’s the van going after a year? Still happy with it? Any serious issues? Anything you’ve had to upgrade or change?
Really good review - helping me zero in on an ezytrail. I am looking at the 13" version of this van as our kids are now "grown up". With the batteries between the axels any concerns on ground clearance or wading depth?
Awesome looking van 👌
Good review.. what did you end up doing with the table
Good review mate.
Looking forward to watching your adventures.
I have also ordered one.
How does it tow behind the ranger ?
Cheers mate. It ties brilliantly with the new V6. A million times better than a few other hybrids I’ve towed

G'Day, what are the clips you used to retain the yellow elastic bands in the slide on the drivers side?
Great review. We’re in the process of looking at new campers after we had an accident with ours. Currently looking at MDC & Ezytrail. Previously had a signature. Which camper do your parents have? Thanks mate
He mentioned below that his parents have a mavrick
Good rundown!

HI, how long to you have to wait after ordering to pick it up?
Top work!
Hi, Can you tell me the other make ( similar to this one ) that you don't like?
I was looking at the Maverick viper 16 DL...
Hope it's not this one 😂😂
Awesome van mate! Would be interested to know what your parents van is as I’m in the market on purchasing one
Thank you mate. My parents van is a Maverick
Hi I installed a diesel heater Can you please help me connect with the battery because I'm a bit confused
Any plans to install a dust suppression system e.g. Carafan. I fitted one to my 15ft hybrid and it works fantastic in keeping the dust out 🤘
We would love to but can’t justify the price of them just yet. Not to keen on the ones that only work on moving air pressure as it’s not doing anything when stopped
G'Day, Have you got a video on using the double bed end?
Great review. We are looking at the Ceduna MK3 quad. How are you with the weights of the van?
Loaded I’m 280kg on the ball. I do plan on doing a proper weight check with fully loaded car
@@featurevlogs3928 thanks for replying. Definitely Interested in your weights video. Cheers
Hey mate! What size where the bags in the wardrobe?
Thanks for the video! Could you please tell me where you purchased the bed rail from ? I like how it mounts to the walls. Thanks

I love those white zip tie clips but they only last a week in the heat of north QLD and they fall off
I’ve had that problem as well. I always remove the tape and use gorilla tape. Handles the 45° days down here in Adelaide. Not to sure how it would go with humidity tho
Are the water tanks connected?
How do you go with the diesel heater controller being in the storage as it has the thermostat in it does it turn off or constantly run
I w always bud my controllers and just do a few nights at different temps and see what works. My Jayco I would set it at 12° and the Parkes, 14-15° seems to be the sweet spot
i feel like I need to be an electrician to understand how to run the power systems in a caravan.
Wauraltee aus day?? 😉
More than likely mate. Love it there
I can tell you're a sparky 😅
