Appreciate the video. There is a big lack of good instructional content on DOM trading, volume profiles, cumulative deltas, and order flow trading in general on RUclips. Most of it is 2+ years old and not well presented. I hope you will continue to add more content like this.
Phenomenal video Cam. Really appreciate you taking the time to put this together. It may be elementary to someone that has done this for a while, but the way you are explaining everything makes total sense and I fully understand how people would use this exclusively rather than the traditional candlestick approach. Thank you.
Nice respect i dont think there is such a amazing introduction to DOM trading video like this on youtube. Very much appreciated brother from the UK 👊🙏. Look forward to the continuaion of this series.
9:10 makes me imagine a battlefield, 25 troops on $4 so it will be hard to push through them. They have 8 backup soldiers on $5 but we have 9 soilders on $1. Still, they have more numbers atm which makes it dangerous to try and push through
Great playlist 🤙🏽 Also how do you get the bid and ask size columns to show on your topstepx DOM? If you could do a vid on how to set up the DOM like you have it that would be great
I am on tradovate. My 'superdom' does not look or operate like yours. I have tried to move the columns around but can't quite figure out how. Maybe you could share with us how you set yours up. Anyway, Great info and looking forward to future vids. Thank you for the effort and time you put in. Much appreciated.
Great vid explaining the basics. I would advise anyone who is interested in this kind of scalping to consider the volatility is a huge component to making this kind of scaling to work as volatility rises then so must the TP + SL or not trade until conditions contract
Hi Cammy, Thanks for the video. I've only recently started to gain an interest in trading, so i have no experience. I want to start trading. I have come across some different styles/strategies - ICT, SMC, Order Flow, Patterns etc. and honestly, I am a bit confused. What would you recommend for a beginner and why? I'm open to anyone's opinion - I am 100% clean slate (don't understand half of the content I've seen online so far). Thank you!
No problem, 1st work on raw price action only. Read good Technical analysis books, master your charting first. Then work on volume analysis, Learn market profile and then footprint charts and lastly DOM. Start from basics to advanced. This is only the right way and it will take years to reach perfection. Don't focus on the money, focus on developing the skill first. 😊😊
Hey mate, trying to use the DOM on ES on trading view, but I only get the number of contracts above and below the current price, is this a trading view thing or do I need to purchase more data packs or something?
Hey, CAM I bought 50k combine 3 days ago and today market open, i didnt see candles from 14:30-22:15 indian standard time) it was just one bar the whole day(i checked every timeframe)and other frnd has access to the same account. He can see all the candles, maybe if i send screenshot can u help?
Isn't like volume and doom having access showing only local ( partial) number of the orders and not all market books so as a result you can't see another datafeed providers orders ?
@@cammycapital thx for reply Mate, In a centralized market, we can see most of the orders on the exchange. However I was explained once that some large orders may be hidden or executed off-exchange through alternative trading systems. Examples: Iceberg Orders only a portion (peak size) is visible on the order book ...or orders with "Hidden" atribute offered by some brokers for large volume ... so not sure if we see all of the orders anymore ..
@@MikeFXGTlimit orders on the DOM can be added or pulled, but the futures markets is totally transparent in that you can see every executed order if you want (through delta) and everyone in the world trading that futures instrument will see the same executed orders

The information you are providing us with for free is insane. Thanks Cammy 🤠
yeah, this was incredible, thanks Cammy

Best intro to Order Flow scalping for beginners on YT. Thank you!
The best explaining the dom on the internet . Great job.

Good video, but confused on one part. Do you only take the retest of the POC? Or any of the nodes that stick out a little?

Great content, can’t wait for the future of this series!
Thank you so much for doing this Cam. I haven't found anyone take the time to explain it this way. I understand it ❤❤❤
So do you place limit order before the large imbalance, during or after ? Love the livestreams

Thanks a lot cammy great video btw if we use buy/sell limit even not from the DoM we cut spreads right?
Cammy, do you trade live via Discord, etc.?
Hope you do plenty of lives and live examples of these trades and how you trade. You seem to be more confident on this
You have a good way of teaching
Awesome video … going to adopt this by my trading when I’m ready. Looking forward to next in the series. Thanks bruh
Can you show us how it works in the tradovate interface? thanks!
What tool are you using for DOM,orderflow?
Insanely helpful! just need to get level 2 data in my topstep account.. not letting me add additional market data for some reason
fixed range volume profile is a nice one for your strategy aswell
Where is the next video! Also, could this be applied to others futures like commodities?
Great vid Cammy, haven't traded the Dom yet but it doesn't look too complicated.
You mentioned trading ES with 5pt TP and 10pt SL... can trade NQ watching orderflow on DOM? What would you recommend for TP and SL?
Since NQ has a beta of 1.75 personally I would recommend 2x since typically auction range for NQ is 20pts

one question: why is the volume profile indicator showing different volumes than the volume profile on the DOM?
@@megapotti910 cz Dom shows limit orders which aren’t executed. Volume profile shows the executed market orders.
where can i see DOM in Tradingview
Does anyone no the cost for the DOM? Is there a free trial etc?
You need level 2 data for this and you for pay for the data. There's subs you have to pay for to trade at this level.
@@YusufEbr how do you set it up?

When trading futures you are seeing all of the orders on the exchange - centralised market.

How does the level 2 data, play into this? Subscribed and looking forward to the next video.
Great Exploration
Sorry mate, but 5 tics dont even pay the fee, commision and spread. So, this wont make anything but drawdown all the time.
This is too much of a complex language to be able to get a good understanding
