Personally, I think you need serious improvement towards your work. The mouth flaps hardly match up with what the characters are saying, Yamcha's hair obviously clips through his model on several occasions (along with it missing geometry in the chorus shots), on top of this, you obviously used the Xenoverse models for a majority of the shots, then swapped to the Fighterz models for a couple of shots. Not to mention that Chiaotzu's knees bend much more than they're supposed to. In the shot with Yamcha hitting the Saibaman with his car, not only does Yamcha not slow down as he stops, but there clearly was no animation for the Saibaman getting hit by the car, leaving him to float off into space in a walk cycle. The lighting in the chorus shots was also pretty bad, using intense hot pink and blue for the light colors, not even matching the scenery around Yamcha, not to mention that his necklace is completely static, leading it to clip through his arms just about every time he rotates his head off to the side. To tie things together, you obviously just used other people's sequences as opposed to animating them on your own, which becomes evident given how these sequences tend to look much more natural than the ones you animate. The ones you animate have static poses and don't utilize any of the principles of animation, nor do they look natural in the slightest. All I have to say now is to go out and improve your craft. Learn the principles of animation, how to light a shot, and maybe rig the "bling" next time. I would also recommend (unless a certain game doesn't have a character you're looking for) don't mix and match models. This can lead to inconsistency in your texture quality and certain models looking higher quality than others. Finally, please learn how to animate a lip sync properly. You can do this in the layout of your animation before you even pose the model, just go forward two frames and listen to what syllable you hear from the character. From there, just animate the mouth to match (might also want to move the lips a bit more as well.) If there was anything to complement your work here on, it's that certain shots were decently lit. Not too intense, but not overly dark either. Other than that, you've got a lot to improve on.
