I know I struggled with heat intolerance for a while until my doctor told me to lay down on all the sugar, carbs , processed foods and drinks. Which was a life changer and saver to me in so many ways. I began to be balanced in my temperature, my moods began balanced as well I wasn’t always on edge or annoyed etc, I had lots of energy, my eyes , the color and under my eyes began to brighten up. My skin looks amazing I had and still get compliments on my skin. My hair felt and looked healthier (my hair is pass my butt) , i had no inflammation (No arthritis, no migraines or headaches, no aches ) , and I could do a days work and extra without feeling like I got ran over by a truck the next day. My sleep was and Is wonderful I wake up refreshed. I really hope whoever reads this try’s this for a least two weeks and see results. You can eat your sweets drinks or whatever but in moderation after the two week strict no sugar processed carbs foods drinks.

P.S girlie , I’ve looked at some articles and a lot of research was done that we shouldn’t be taking prenatal if we aren’t nursing or pregnant because it can cause us to get to much iron and cause side effects for our health. They said the claims of thicker hair is unproven! Please be careful with those girlie .. don’t want you feeling or getting sick after a while of taking them ❤ love you girl

yeahhh i got into a terrible car crash last year where my knees bounced against the dashboard and my right leg dislocated, my femur was shattered and broke my pelvis. i couldn’t walk for 3 months… i can walk now but i still feel pain on both knees and my right hip 😭
My mom use to tell me that all the time when I was younger now I find myself saying the same to my daughter.
