I'll be looking through a 15 lb bag of Foreign Silver Coins, or World Coins. I will get them sorted by country and by denomination to see what we picked up in this lot of foreign silver coins. Let's see how we do! Keep hunting and good luck! They're still out there for us to find! Thanks for watching! I'm pretty sure that 99% of us viewers would eagerly sit through atleast an hour of the more detailed hunt that I know you couldn't give us on this go around. If you post it, they will come. 👍
Always like seeing the Canadian stuff! I was working in the Royal Canadian Mint (Winnipeg) on the day they officially switched from Queen Elizabeth to King Charles.
Glad that you saved all of this silver from being melted. Crazy to realize how many cool coins are probably still being melted on a regular basis. Even cull Morgans have a numismatic premium worth more than their silver weight. I would love a closer look at the Canadian silver dollars. The Voyageur design is one of my favorites, not to mention the totem pole and goose dollars too. If you do another purchase like this, it would be great to see 2-3 videos made out of it. It’s a refreshing break from nickel and cent hunting.
Awesome video, nice to see the foreign silvers. I have some from Australia and New Zealand that my Dad brought back from WW2. Nothing worth much but he and his brother were very young marines fighting on Guadalcanal. I did not appreciate what they went through over there. Dad earned a purple heart and uncle Steve came back shell shocked. Both are long gone but I am really grateful Dad turned me on to collecting coins when I was a kid. I'm glad he left me enough to spark my interest so many years later. Miss you Dad!
7:32 I know it well. 50 Schillings Austria till 1973 are in 900 silver (18 grams fine silver). 1974 or younger in 640 silver. 25 Schillings Austria are in 800 silver (10,4 grams fine silver).
Awesome haul! I have to mention that the word "thaler" is actually pronounced "tah-ler" (rhymes with dollar). It's where the word "dollar" comes from. 🙂
*Just WOW! This was so mind-blowing to watch. That's an extraordinary haul of foreign silver coins. One of the best videos on RUclips and I love it Rob! Please do some other, more detailed, videos about this awesome purchase.*
Would love to see another video. I would like to know info that you might share as well. I don’t know much about foreign coins and slowly learning Canadian coins at the moment.
Nice bunch of Foreign. Last foreign silver I got was a 1950 Canadian dime in the Coinstar. Today I got something for the 1st time in 42 1/2 years of coin roll hunting. A whole roll of dimes in a penny wrapper!! I guess some lost $4.50 selling it but I gained $4.50! Only 2 wheats though but I could only get $5 of coins at my bank today.
I just noticed there was 60 dimes in that penny wrapper! That’s why it looked as long as a penny roll because a normal dime roll is shorter than a normal penny roll.
Heck yea we want to see the break down of all the coins. Finding a deal in US coins is getting as rare as finding good US coins anymore. Id love to learn about coins of value from around the world.
Good luck with the 1973 Large Shoulder Fold quarter, Rob. They were only ever made in collector sets for that year, and I’ve only ever seen 2 in my entire life at coin shows and my own local coin shop. Great video as usual!
Wow - that was an amazing bag of foreign silver coins! I would love to be able to buy a bag like that! I bet that was a lot of fun! That was a sweet video!
Pretty darn cool. Just before Christmas, I bought a small lot of foreign silver (much much smaller than yours) dating from the mid 1800's to ww2 era. The majority from Europe. The designs are very interesting to look at. Then it's fun to research them and learn the silver content, etc. Originally, they were going to be a Christmas present, but I liked them to much. 😅
hey Rob! not sure if the 1884 5c was added to your collection today in this silver lot or previously but thought I would letcha know its a valuable coin in any grade. cheers!
Wow! Loved that video. I'm putting together Canadian albums myself and just starting collecting French coins. I actually have a 1973 Fleur De Coins (birth year) set in for ANACS grading.
Awesome video. The large Mexican coin is commemorating the 75th year anniversary of the crowning of the Virgen de Guadalupe. Can't wait for the continuation video of the rest of the world coins. Happy Hunting 😃
The big Mexican coin with Mary on one side is a commemorative 75th anniversary of the coronation of the queen of Mexico, fwiw. I can't find any information on it, but that's a start.
This world coin maniac is positively drooling over this video! Would love to see some of the individual countries highlighted a bit more closely. Doesn't have to be all at once! This could be a new series of videos!
Foreign silver is the only ‘deal’ I can ever sneak by anyone at auctions. Everyone knows and pays for US, but a lot of times, pass on foreign for 1/2 melt.
I don't think I'm the only one that would prefer a 45 minute or hour video watching you go into depth on these hunts. I don't think a 15 minute video is "long" for this kinda stuff at all
I love world silver coins. They are my favorite to collect.Ther is so many countries to collect.I would like to see a video on the rest of the collection.

I certainly would
I would also, always interesting to see what other countries had. Esp since so many of their coins now, are junk
I would definitely watch that.
I'd love to learn about foreign silver myself
YES!!!! More content!!!!
Literally a treasure hunt. I'd love to see the in-depth Canadian/Mexican search.
Always like seeing the Canadian stuff! I was working in the Royal Canadian Mint (Winnipeg) on the day they officially switched from Queen Elizabeth to King Charles.
I love how cool old silver looks, and how unique the designs are. I love the world coin hunt videos.

I've gotten into world silver alot over the past 8 months, and you have so many I'd love to have, congrats my friend
I've started last year and I'm loving it. What a journey has been. Not high value silver coins but for me it's a start. :)
@@NandiCollector definitely, when I first started collecting coins I had no interest in foreign silvers, but I got a few in a trade, then I was hooked
Awesome video, nice to see the foreign silvers. I have some from Australia and New Zealand that my Dad brought back from WW2. Yes Rob. I’d love to see you go through the rest of the Canadian stuff. I love it.
What a haul!!! Love to see a breakdown on the Mexican and Canadian coins!
Same!
7:32 I know it well. 50 Schillings Austria till 1973 are in 900 silver (18 grams fine silver). 1974 or younger in 640 silver. 25 Schillings Austria are in 800 silver (10,4 grams fine silver).
Wow. Awesome that your guy saves these coins for you.
Always enjoy seeing the top valued ones to offset the purchase price of the bag. Thanks!!!😊❤
Around the World in 80 coins!!😂
Crazy to think all that was gonna be melted. I love foreign silver. Makes you wonder how much gets melted each year
Yeah, many of those coins demands a premium even in somewhat heavy circulated condition😢
Beautiful Old Foreign Silver coins
Thank you!
15lbs of silver coins, wow. I wish I knew more about foreign coins and currency. Great purchase. 😮😊❤
I love it! I am not big on foreign coins, but I do hold onto them. Seeing the different designs is fun.
Found a 20 cent coin from Singapore last week
I just bought this 25 silver coins bundle from Costco online well worth the money 💰
6:39 *Title Text Here*
One hour later lol
I know!!!
Man i do love foreign silver. i really appreciate the artistic designs from way back when. very cool brother
Awesome haul! I have to mention that the word "thaler" is actually pronounced "tah-ler" (rhymes with dollar). It's where the word "dollar" comes from. 🙂

The Newfoundland coins you have that’s a province in Canada. They were minted when Newfoundland was apart of Britain.

Great buy and Hunt! I would not be opposed to a longer more detailed video on these world currency hunts.
Great world bag of silver! Love the varieties and information!
I could watch a LONG form video of such a WONDERFUL TREASURE HUNT!!!!!
That was cool Rob! Enjoyed the viewing as always! Happy Hunting! Stephen
Heck yea we want to see the break down of all the coins. Finding a deal in US coins is getting as rare as finding good US coins anymore. Id love to learn about coins of value from around the world.
Bring on a video of the Canadian coins. Great purchase, enjoyed the video!
Amazing stuff there!

Looks like you got a silver goodie bag brother, congrats Rob 👍
8:06 On top a 1 swiss franc in 835 silver (uncirculated 4,175 grams fine silver). I have plenty of it.
That was AMAZING! I hope you do another video on your sort of all the Canadian and the Mexican coins!
Great assortment of silver coins.
Good luck with the 1973 Large Shoulder Fold quarter, Rob. They were only ever made in collector sets for that year, and I’ve only ever seen 2 in my entire life at coin shows and my own local coin shop. Great video as usual!
I’d be interested seeing the Canadian coins. But, as always it was a great video. Thanks.
I found this really interesting. I’d like to see more of the foreign coins. The Canadian Nicole’s seemed funny with the dimes being bigger.
Very nice haul 😮
14:00 the dutch coins are from the Amsterdam sail event and are commemorative coins(tokens not real currency also not silver)
You are one busy guy Rob. That was a load to sort, and a nice load indeed. All this, on top of everything else. Don't overdue it man.....
Love to see a separate Canadian Silver Dollar video. Thanks Rob.
Found a dateless Buffalo nickel last week. Ordered a bottle of Nic-A-Date which came in today. Ended up being a 1916-P
Love to see more!!
Loved the amount of silver world coins you got, I can only imagine if i could be so lucky to get a find like this. Awesome buy!
That wasn't really a long video when the content is that interesting Rob! Thanks for the show!

I like the proof Elizabeth ii younger portrait ❤❤❤
As a Canadian, I'm very interested in your Canadian coinage. Those dollars look very cool!
7:55 - That's Iraq 1 Riyal 1932, with Faisal I on it. Easily a $40-45 coin.

Wow - that was an amazing bag of foreign silver coins! I would love to be able to buy a bag like that! I bet that was a lot of fun! That was a sweet video!
I would love to see another video with a rundown on the Mexican and Canadian coins
My wife's family is from San Marino. That 10.000 lira coin is talking to me. :)
@RobFindsTreasure
15:00 For this collection you should have the Lindner coin storage system from Germany/Switzerland! 😌
Hey brother. Great video. I like the mexican silver coins. They are so cool.
Pretty darn cool. Just before Christmas, I bought a small lot of foreign silver (much much smaller than yours) dating from the mid 1800's to ww2 era. The majority from Europe. The designs are very interesting to look at. Then it's fun to research them and learn the silver content, etc.

That would be a fun lot to look through!
The Dutch coins with the ships are from Sail.A big ship festival which is held in Amsterdam every 5 years.
hey Rob! not sure if the 1884 5c was added to your collection today in this silver lot or previously but thought I would letcha know its a valuable coin in any grade. cheers!
👍 very cool!!!
Very cool, interested in what that big medal one ended up being.
More videos on Canadian and other foreign silver please!
I love foreign silver coin videos!
Great video as always Rob! Always been curious, how do you find the world coin bags? What should I expect to pay? Thanks!
The big Mexican coin with Mary on one side is a commemorative 75th anniversary of the coronation of the queen of Mexico, fwiw. I can't find any information on it, but that's a start.
Epic silver hunt!
The fact that this stuff gets sent to a refinery is sad. Thanks for saving them.
Awesome video! Should feed the US silver quarters and dimes to the silver jar!
Yes, it would be nice to see the Canadian coins!
This world coin maniac is positively drooling over this video! Would love to see some of the individual countries highlighted a bit more closely. Doesn't have to be all at once! This could be a new series of videos!
JACK POT!!!!!
I find it so creepy how King George on the coin looks so much like Tsar Nicolas Romanov II. He looks so much like his cousin
Foreign silver is the only ‘deal’ I can ever sneak by anyone at auctions. Everyone knows and pays for US, but a lot of times, pass on foreign for 1/2 melt.
lookin good rob! lets go!
I don't think I'm the only one that would prefer a 45 minute or hour video watching you go into depth on these hunts. I don't think a 15 minute video is "long" for this kinda stuff at all
