*In Captain Marvel, Stan Lee plays as himself for the cameo and is reading a script ‘Mallrats’ and is practicing the line ‘Trust me true believer’. Captain Marvel takes place during the 1990 and Mallrats came out in 1995. So Stan Lee as himself exists in the MCU and so does this movie which he played apart in...*

Fun fact Stan's acting was so good that his wife was suspicious of him after & was a little jealous XD that's why Stan asked Kevin to add that scene at the end with him revealing that he was making up a story :)

Kevin Smith essentially created the Stan Lee cameo and now it's gone full circle. Crazy.

I’m just here because I can’t stop watching old Kevin Smith movie clips: it’s in the blood for life. Btw the music in this scene is so beautiful.

Dispite his increadibly loud acting in the early years: This seamed like a Jason Lee / Stan Lee Father & Son talk, that was completely unscripted on camera.

Stan Lee's final recorded cameo was with Spider-Man: Far from Home. A fitting ending, considering how iconic Spider-Man was amongst all his characters.
