You can get more XP if you convert a player into trainer and use it on him again example: U got 3 van dijk . make one of them trainer and use it on his other card again u can easily max him out (his max is 96) Also use manager familiarity and tactical training to boost up team spirit the more the team spirit the better the team performs like so he can see this

The levelling up of players is what makes this better than fifa, you can play against someone with the exact same team just higher rated versions, makes the games more interesting
