I am holding a cash position right now, of about 100k. Waiting for a major crash to buy the dip, as it would present the best opportunity, so whats the best stocks to dive into, in this current market?

Sitting on $100K ready to invest is a good position to be in, but waiting for a crash could mean missing out on growth in the meantime. We focus on long-term strategies with index funds, ETFs, and real estate-investments with solid fundamentals. Just make sure whatever you do lines up with your financial goals!

With $100K cash, invest in stocks from sectors like healthcare, utilities, consumer staples, and technology. Blue-chip, dividend-paying stocks with strong balance sheets are ideal but consulting a financial advisor can refine your strategy.

I’m in line with advisory services. Over 50 years of data reveals that those who work with experts earn more than those who do it alone. I've been fortunate enough to utilize an advisor for 4years now, resulting in a 7 figure portfolio after 100s of thousands invested.

just sold part of my Nvidia stock to protect my profits, but I'm holding onto some for the long run because of the company's strong growth prospects. In addition, I'm thinking of expanding the variety in my $400K stock portfolio, but I'm not sure how to handle risks going forward.

A good number of people discredit the effectiveness of financial advisors in exploring new markets, but over the past 10years I’ve had a financial advisor consistently restructure and diversify my portfolio/expenses and I’ve made over $3million in gains… might not be a lot but i'm financially secure.

    1. Past performance is not indicative of future results
    2. NVIDIA is going grow at a higher than 30% rate for the next 15 years

the earnings are certainly going to continue to increase for a long time essentially without competition. stocks on this level track earnings in the long run, rule 1 of the market imo.
that said; it will continue to go up until something very significant happens or some black swan we can not conceive of today.
i know the market more than most people could. i gotta tell you … the game can be so easy it’s hard to people. they make it hard all by themselves.
nvda is a 🦄. there has never been and never will be a nvda. it is a one of one.

@@matt.stevick so your belief is that $141.05 is just the beginning of a huge run? I own a small portion of nvidia (only 53 shares). I’ve been racking my brain on what to do. Sell them or keep buying in. It’s so hard to know what to do in investing!!

@@Jimwin2 as long as their earning projections pan out as expected, even ball park yes. it is similar to aapl in 2009 in that they had the new iPhone then iPad watch, etc. as crazy and fancy Wall Street tends to look … it comes down to the simple concern of revenue and profits. like a lemonade stand but instead of lemonade Nvidia created a new Industrial Revolution and there will be no android phone to apples iPhone or Pepsi to Coke that Nvidia will need to compete with for some time. there has been nothing else like nvidia before. this is not me talking it up, i wouldn’t do that, these are simple true facts. do you have a long timeline until you expect to need to sell for anything specific? or is it general long term savings? if it dropped to $100 tomrrow due to a black swan unpredictable event would you be able to afford to ride it out for months without the need to sell?

    • @Jimwin2
      @Jimwin2 2 месяца назад

@@matt.stevick I could definitely ride it out and would be compelled to buy more if it does drop. I’ve heard people talking about losing money in the stock market but it seems like as long as you don’t sell when it drops, even though you’re in the red, you don’t technically lose money correct? Assuming it eventually comes back up.

@@Jimwin2 yes, this is (if you ask me ... and imo i am much better than most professionals and i can back that up) buying and holding a few of the very best stocks and just keep buying - - as long as they are (a company like nvidia) you want the stock to go down. this is because you are thinking long term and want to buy it lower. in fall 2022 nvda had been crushed and i knew it was the perfect oppurtinty to dollar cost avg. in. i had at the time hundred of thousands of unrealized (unsold) losses on some of my lots (purchases of stock on a particular day and time) most people would have panicked and sold, but i am a very good pro. i bought $x every friday of nvda. now i know that every $1 i was putting into nvda would be worth $10 in 24 months. keep in mind, this is not only unpesidented, this is literally the current fastest 10x (in the business referred to a "ten bagger" as slang) by a large company stock in recorded history.
the point is easy and simple though, buy a great well managed company with an excellent leader and a "moat" (hard for anyone to compete with that company for whatever reason(s)) and then just close your eyes (other than looking out for any possible material large changes in the pathway for the company future) and keep buying. warren buffet and jeremy siegel taught this to me best early on.

Other big Tech peers are extremely overvalued, but that doesn’t necessarily make Nvidia stock undervalued. They just want folks to buy high so traders can make a quick profit.

I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of
information can be a big hurdle. I've been
making more than $100k passively by just
investing through an advisor, and I don't have
to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my
finances remain secure. So I really don't blame
      people who panic.
