I have the same but black version and I love ! Don’t forget to curl a little bit wet hair and dry it while curling . If you curl dry hair it doesn’t work good

Why doesn’t mine work??? I got it fresh out of the box and when I plugged it in, it’s not working, I’m very sad. Can you help me?? I don’t know how to turn it on, I don’t even know if they sent me a broken one. I even tried to hold the power button but won’t turn on…. I got this from SHEIN btw. Please help :(

Maybe an overheating safety setting that turns the device off until the motor cools up
