From my experience from 1.5k mmr, most of the games thrown in the moment, then 1) losing team is bited for fight not on the base high ground.
2) winning team diving right under fountain without deciding advantage, while they can gain that advantage (destroy lane/make megas).
Enemy team didn't do any of that mistakes, your team did both. Anyway, good game from your side, very controllable from you almost to the end, which is hard. Just team underperformed/overagroed close to the end.
