You should wear sunscreen in winter too. The sun shines less , but the influence of uva and uvb is stronger , especially if it’s snowy . Please , protect your skin annually ❤
i don’t normally comment on videos but i really just wanted to say thank you for your content. i have really bad insomnia and racing thoughts when trying to sleep and always need something to watch to distract my brain. not only do you distract my thoughts but you help me feel calm and ready to sleep. i typically prefer the deeper voices of male ASMRists and i truly feel like i hit the jackpot because i found your channel 💕
