    “All the healthy food won’t make you healthy, if you still have your eating disorder, which can never be healthy.” I needed to hear that so much.

    this made me have that rice pudding w/ banana and peanut butter at 1 am which I earlier made but put in the fridge because I thought i already ate too much and Im gonna gain weight too fast.

    This is so relative to me. Everything you say about what you thought is exactly what i think each day. That I will keep eating and eating and get fat if i keep eating as much food as im suddenly craving in weight restoration and also the thought that I am just never going to stop wanting to eat all of this junk food or less healthy food if i let myself eat it all day. I know its not true though but it helps when someone else says they went through the same thing. (Also the thought that an eating disorder is unhealthy also is helping me so much because as orthorexia, i want to be healthy and so it conflicts because having orthorexia is more unhealthy then eating unhealthy foods really.)

    Elisa, I'm really afraid of glucose fructose syrup which is on almost every sweet product s.... should I eat it? I know irs really really unhealthy for human's body it's worst than sugar... because of that info about it I m just terrified to buy for example sweets like chocolate or chrisps.ice cream etc... help:(

      Yeap) But wanna tell u that my english is not so good, so sorry for that)
      What kind of advice do u want to hear? How to say good bye to all that bad stuff?
      1. U need to eat all food, that u afraid of or smth like that. A few months you will eat a lot and gain some weight, but dont worry it will gone .
      2. Read a book about selflove by Louise Hay and a book by Cameron Diaz. They helped me a lot
      3.Your mission in recovery to change ur mind about yourself, start loving yourself. I have a lot of videos but they not in english( Books will help u!!!
      4. Chose food that u like, always! Chose trainig that u like (I prefer RUclips channel Fitnessblender) If I havent mood for that - I dont do it! I always listening my body.
      5. Watch plus size instagram profiles to understand that every body is beautiful!
      6. Try to find things that inspire you. Find things that makes u happy. Like walking,painting,singing and smth like that. U need to find smth that help u to fint with ife problems, not food.
      Hope you can do that!
      Remember - One day - one new step! I needed more than 1 year to start feel myself. Struggled 5 years (anorexia nervosa (5 month) and bulimia 5,6 years)
      Be strong!
