Thank you both for all your hard work to make free videos tutorials. I watch a lot of your videos and learn so much. I'm wanting to try my hand at pictures I've taken and am wondering if you know of a very good app for ipad that allows me to trace some of the pictures I've taken. Free or low cost that will allow me to resize and stop the picture from moving on the screen while I trace. Backlight would be very helpful as well. Again, thank you both for all your work to help people who may not have a talent but want to keep working to be a better artist.
I use procreate on my ipad to make my traceables. Any program that allows you to add layers and draw on them will work. Just use your reference image as the base and make it somewhat transparent. Then, on the upper layer, use a thin black digital brush to trace over the reference. Then turn the reference photo layer off, and you have your traceable.
I'm still learning watercolor. I have done a gouache painting and one watercolor demo here on my channel but that's all for now. I did watercolors on my recent trip abroad and it was a lot of fun. I'm not competent in it enough to teach yet.
"TECHNICALLY!!" and it's usually someone whom CAN'T paint. That happened to me last Christmas when I was painting a mountain slope in black and white. 😮 I still have the marks on my forehead from banging it on the table.😂

How do you keep your panels from warping?
The Fredrix panels I use have a hardcore base. Most panels are paper core thus the warping.
Rod Stewart hair.🙂
YES!! That's it! Lol
