We knew he's a problem from long time ago. I think apart from maybe the security dockets and AG, maybe most of the others don't necessarily need someone specialized in that field. Just an intelligent person with integrity and management skills, who would know how to bring professionals in the field together to support him/her run the ministry.

In principle you are very right but on Matiangi I beg to differ. He is good at what he does or did but his mind is of the old generation who should be home and give chance to the younger generations. Example Kibaki was a Minister at 34? Did he have any hands-on experience? In our country that is trying to pivot from the old order we do need new blood in new bottles.
The new blood talking about have experience, it will take time, new young blood will be like ruto , so matiangi has good experience in public or government affairs.
We used to tell people that politics is not good but they neglect us and despise us. We used to tell people that no politician can be trusted but some people could say that we are preaching the false gospel. So it is better Raila asaliti watu kabisa ili washike adhabu.
