@patriot3431 my 1st ruger was the SR1911, and just bought the SP101 today. Then next wk or the wk after I hope to get the 4" GP100. But yea, I'm a huge Ruger fan for sure
Ruger SP-101 3" loaded with 158grs Hydra Shok and Jet Loader in pocket is my Insurance policy.... You carry it and don t even notice it,but it is here,it is ready ...man Best friend .
The Ruger SP101 is a solid choice for concealed carry; compact yet recoil-mitigating. The Taurus 627 Tracker (not shown) is powerful but soft shooting, and has a 7-shot capacity - and is budget friendly... Or, you could go up to a nice S&W or a Colt.
I really like the 327 & I’d probably be more comfortable with it having a longer barrel just cause would be carrying it in the woods hunting mostly but I’m afraid of it being too expensive?
Lovethe Ruger SP 101 snubby, SA/DA, tricked out w buttery 10 lb trigger pull ( easy change) and hogue grip. With 2 extra speed loaders, 15 rounds of 357 sweetness is at the ready. Easy IWB carry with stealth gear form fitting, kydex holster.
I have a Ruger Redhawk 44 Magnum and love it. Not a good carry gun. The 7.5" barrel make it a bit too heavy. I am looking at the Ruger GP100 357 Magnum. Much lighter. That is my pick.
S&W Performance Center 586 L-Comp. This seven-shot, L Frame revolver comes with a ported 3” barrel, Performance Center trigger, blue-steel finish, tritium night sight, and Altamont Rosewood grips. The 3” barrel makes it an excellent three-season carry gun. At 36.4 oz it’s on the heavy side, but the gun’s weight and ported barrel reduce felt recoil and muzzle flip.
Although I appreciate your selections, I find some of your technical specifications and photos to be inaccurate in several of your videos! When giving advice on firearms, make sure you are giving good information and have done your homework well! Regards
You will get less power, sure, but not enough to be eclipsed by other calibers. Like the some of the weakest 357 loads in a snub nose revolver will still get velocity and pressures well above high-powered 9mm in full sized handguns. It's not enough of a factor to make the cartridge fail to do what the cartridge was designed for, but longer barrels do help maximize cartridge performance and effectiveness at the cost of making the weapon more unwieldy.
357 mag 4" barrel with 125gr hollowpoint is the quintessential manstopper.. the 3" does lose a little velocity and will have more kick..but the perpetrators won't know the difference.
This script is obviously written by an AI program. Much of the information is incorrect. And half of the time the guns he is talking about are not the ones in the picture.
Try again. While I love by SP 101 Ruger, the GP 100 Ruger is a more formidable weapon. In addition, carrying a snub nose is not the best choice for most people. Love the Ruger Redhawks as well, but again, NOT ideal for the majority of people.
No Ruger LCR in .357? Blasphemy! Practically none of the listed revolvers are great all day long concealed carry options. Most are too heavy, or too big (1/2 are both).
➤ Best .357 Magnum Revolvers For Carry 2023 we listed in this video: 8. Taurus 605: Compact and powerful with a 2.5-inch barrel; excellent 5-round capacity and adaptable trigger action, perfect for quick response; ultra-lightweight polymer frame enhances comfort during carry. 7. Charter Arms Mag Pug: Compact and affordable revolver with a 6.5-inch overall length; exceptional close-range targeting with fixed sights; lightweight, offering comfortable all-day carry; remarkable 5-round capacity. 6. KORTH MONGOOSE .357: High-end luxury revolver, offering best-in-class performance; precision-crafted frame and shroud, adjustable rear sights for accurate shooting; potent power even with a 3" barrel; light trigger pull with both single and double lever actions. 5. CHIAPPA FIREARMS RHINO 40DS: Unconventionally designed six-shooter with lower barrel position for reduced recoil and better maneuverability; variety of grip options and rail for accessories; ideal for both beginners and seasoned shooters. 4. Colt King Cobra Carry: Excellent carry features with a shaved-off spur and 2-inch barrel; works as a pure DAO, perfect for carry purposes, though the short barrel length may reduce magnum performance. 3. Ruger SP101: Compact yet robust, offering reliability and longevity; manages recoil well despite its small size; lowered sights reduce snagging risk during draw; adjustable windage and elevation settings within the frame. 2. Smith & Wesson Performance Center Model 327: Lightweight 8-shot .357 Magnum with 2-inch stainless steel barrel; quick-loading moon clips for fast reloads; match-level accuracy with smooth, light trigger and action; intense recoil that can be a surprise. 1. RUGER REDHAWK: Classic, robust revolver with high-quality stainless steel build; heavy but accurate with substantial drawback and penetration; top-notch customizability for hunting; double action with light, smooth trigger pull. Which .357 Magnum Revolver are you going to choose?
no great gun has ever been ugly. The Winchester '73, the Colt SAA 45, the Thompson submachine gun, The MG 34, and 43, Winchester 97 shotgun Colt 1911. Walther PPK, Browning HiPower and so on. The Rhino is the ugliest gun in the world. It can never be great.
Smith 686 2.5 inch. Adjustable sights, 7 shots, trigger work makes it easier for grouping. Enough heft to mitigate recoil.
I would go with a S&W 686 plus 3” barrel or Ruger GP 100 3” 7 shot.
Also the 627 8 shot.
I'm planning on getting a GP100 4"
@@nickdonalds0546 ruger never disappoints, I have the vaquero in 45 colt and black hawk in 357 magnum.

TK Customs for revolver trigger jobs and cylinder chamfering for moonclips.
Hey what's up, this is my first time being on here, so yes here we go
Are all of these guns able to switch from a 5 to an 8 barrel???
Ruger SP-101 3" loaded with 158grs Hydra Shok and Jet Loader in pocket is my Insurance policy....
You carry it and don t even notice it,but it is here,it is ready ...man Best friend .
I find it humorous that the intro shows all Kimber’s and they didn’t make the list.
S&W 686 was my duty gun. A great revolver.

The 627 tracker you can't change the sights.
Question? I'm not a gun person. Can you shoot a 38 round through that 357 Magnum? I heard it one time.
@@Dabain-d8n Yes - absolutely... A light plinking round; about $10.00 cheaper, on average, than a box of Magnums.
I have a Ruger. It's not my best pistol but it does exactly what it needs to do for trail carry.

Just bought colt king cobra really like it. Trigger pull is very smooth

I've got a Taurus .357 Mag with a 4" barrel
made in Brazil. That's good really a good revolver.
I like mine.
Its true, Taurus Tracker 627 💪🏻🤠
I would've gotten one but you can't change out the front and rear sights and Taurus don't get no support from custom gunsmiths.
Yeah, Taurus makes great guns. I have a .38 made by them and I used to have a nine shot .22 revolver made by them many years ago.
Yeah. I' ve got one of those .22lr 9 rounds revolvers. I can change de cylinder to also shoot .22 WMR rounds. It's awesome.
I have an older 6 shot s&w 686 2" and a newer model colt king cobra 3" and i carry the colt 3" alot.. both are great shooters!
I like mod. 686 or Kimber?
Colt python has a crisp trigger, you can't miss a target...
I'll Always Love my Chiappa Firearms Rhino .357 Magnum
Made in Italy. Great gun for any
Major Motion Picture or TV show.
I like my old Ruger speed 6.357 with a 4 inch barrel
Revolver muito bonitos reforçado
I still love my 649 Smith and Wesson 357 perfect C.C and plenty of power when I need it.
Very nice, how much?
Moon clips, with a 357 mag? I didn't know Ruger made a model 44 in 357 mag
Taurus Tracker 357 The best 🤠💪🏻

How to order sir
Ese Magnum es traumático o es orijinal
Excellent ranking..Roger is the best all round 357..
RUGER♥️♥️♥️
Taurus 605! ✅
You better mention the s&w 686- of I’ll be pissed at you…
Nice pistol 😮❤
Ah ... it's a revolver.😊
Sp101 built like a tank, a little bulky , if you want a smaller wheel gun a model 36 is a great choice but it's a 38.
Got a 6'' colt python and i love it
Not to mention that you don't have to worry about leaving the shells, (with your fingerprints), for Law enforcement to find. 😀
I like my model 65 Taurus
Ruger 357 redhawk
I have a Ruger S.P. 100 357!

Cool!

So you show a picture of the Kimber, but you don’t include it on the list
S&E 617 Is my favourite revolver
I prefer SW 686
O .357 é porrada.
Yup, good luck finding ammo for these.
ruger lcr 357
I've heard that the short barrel causes a reduction in velocity of the rounds. Is this problematic in regards to stopping power?
Colt King Cobra is my choice
No, still more powerful than any 9mm + p out there. Watch gun sam afficinadio....het tests all .357 rounds in a Taurus 605.

the best still the french MR 73 !
I,like magnum 44 revolver, how much sir, in Phillipines money,
Why don't you just look up the exchange rate for US dollars to figure out that answer?
❤❤❤❤
I'm partial to Colt myself, Kimber's grips are too small to hold the gun correctly for average to large hands
Wow
Did he just forget the 686???😂😂😂 cant take a channel serious that doesnt mention a 686 as a top 357...
If you shoot that inside it will bust you eat drums
