One of these days when ur laying back getting ready to sleep and can't, just open the palm of your hand and run it thru your head and hair, stop at the very top and close your hand as if you're forming a fist, like a tiger claw,😊,grab some hair like u are ready to pull but instead, squeeze once let go do it again and let go, but you wanna do it fast, now the 3rd squeeze you hold for five seconds with a bit of pressure. So kinda like three pumps, 1,2, 3 hold let go and move to another spot of your head and do the same. 😊🐢.
