He was very sorry in his last letter to Claudine in December 2001... whatever really happened to them, Claudine only proves one thing today, that she indeed loves Rico so dearly until now. And that glow in her eyes were never seen again after Rico died. Very tragic love story. I just wished na totoo ang ipinapakita at sinasabi nila sa isa't-isa during this time...not just because they were promoting their movie. Claudine admitted during her last interview with Boy Abunda (after Rico died) that they broke up in November of 2001. But just looking at them, there's the sincerity and care, especially in Rico's words. He was very sorry in his last letter to Claudine in December 2001... whatever really happened to them, Claudine only proves one thing today, that she indeed loves Rico so dearly until now. And that glow in her eyes were never seen again after Rico died. Very tragic love story. Sana sa kabilang buhay, they continue the love they had have for each other. 2022 and I still can't move on from this love story, paano pa kaya si Claudine. 💔😭 🙏

But they needed to be okay because they were having a movie. But looking at them sa mga interviews nila during the promotion of their movie, they still love each other. Of course, almost 4 years of being in a relationship is not a joke. Maybe, there's a part na they were trying to work things out, pero wala eh, nung supposed to be anniversary celebration nila, March 2002, nag-away sila. Kaya hindi na sila magkasama nung Palawan trip. Although, sabi nga ni Claudine, when Rico comes back from that trip, aayusin na sana nila lahat. Pero nakakalungkot na hindi na nangyari iyon... 😭😭😭😭😭😭

So they were both summoned para pag ayusin. I just don't know if talagang nagkaayos fully, given how things went on after that. Kasi days before Rico died, yung article ni Ricky Lo about the said big fight circulated. Na bother family ni Rico sa malicious article that they had to check on Rico. His oldest sister even said na sabi ni Rico sa kanya na wag mag alala kasi pagkabalik nya after vacation, magiging okay na lahat. Claudine also said the same thing na sabi din ni Rico sa kanya na magiging okay na lahat pagkabalik nya. I think si Rico yung willing na maayos pa relasyon nila. Pero si Claudine ma pride at ayaw na, kaya nagpapaligaw na kay Raymart. Eh biglang nawala si Rico. Walang naging closure relasyon nila ni Claudine that's why karga-karga nya until now yung guilt. Yung mga what ifs, etc.

Every couple naman dumadaan sa challenges (no one's perfect) too bad nga lang na rico died when they had a problem plus the malicious articles which make it worse.... we don't really know what happened and just like what rico said on his interviews silang dalawa lang talaga nakakaalam kung anong nangyayari in their relationship. But we cannot deny the fact that they both really cared and loved each other..... if we could just turn back time and go back to the good old days 😭 all we can do is to move on and appreaciate the good memories.
