Gotta say, after being a mil radio user for over 25 years, the voice acting is more accurate than you might imagine. Seemed spot on to me; nervous, unscripted, anxious, clueless... Most people who use a duplex radio system aren't that slick.

I still remember how insanly passionate they were about their work.
When the game released it wasn't that big of a thing and as it wasn't the kind of game I usually play, so I lost interest.

few little bits of knowledge, you do not need to spam the healing items, the basic ones heal like 15 and the better ones heal more, the weak spots on machines change from type to type but every one has some sort of external fuel source which is a weak spot, plus you can shoot off their guns (the head is not really a great spot to shoot), all in all great video and this game is awesome (been playing for a few years) hope you come back for more and look foward to future vids, Subbed!

It does a great job of making the huge map feel so eerie because EVERYONE has basically vanished, and there are these strange robotic creatures roaming around and they are dangerous as hell. best tips i can give you if you want them is:
loot containers re spawns every 2 hours so long as your away from that area but manage your carry weight! early on its good to stock pile a bit of everything till you find the guns you like the most, your storage box has a limit so remember to break down things you dont need like lesser quality guns and attachments for crafting parts, steel is your friend! its used in bullet making and most crafting for later, tho some things are better to break down then others... you can find it ealry on by looting the pre killed dogos and checking under car hoods
dont worry about getting killed there no real penalty then your pride
learn the difference between armor, component, and raw damage
armor (damaged by AP ammo) is things like armor plates, grill and vent covers, most are protecting the most components under neath.
component (damaged by FMJ) this is the soft electrical under belly or even openly exposed bits and are considered there major weak point: things like fuel cells, spot lights, ventilation ducts, there faces / eyes you can even shoot there guns and other weapons systems like blast waves or gas clouds off with practice
raw damage: no bullet is wasted but it will do less damage, any hit thats not damaging armor or components gets marked as raw damage towards its over all health (so you could kill a hunter by shooting in the toe but it will take 3x as much effort)
also any damage by breaking parts off (even armor plates) does health damage.
healing: small is +25, standard is +50, and advanced is +75, you can pre use a med kit during its pull out animation to skip the applying animation with practice
stealth is a real part of the game the robots dont just know your there, but better tiers have better more powerful equipment to see you with but also better loot!
and lastly have fun it can be a bit of a buggy mess at times but its much better in co op (also loot is separate so you can share your finds if your co op friends need it)

    • @luislongoria6621
      @luislongoria6621 Год назад

If you find any enemy schematics, there's a 3d model in the Log menu that shows where the fuel tanks are. On a Firebird, it's on his backside opposite the gun. They changed the loot spawns so they'll reappear if you run away 200m and return but it might be different for adrenaline, clothing schematics and found weapons. Daily challenges always give blue/3 crown weapons and crafting loot. The sewing machine allows you to upgrade your clothing perks for your outfit but you need to have the previous tier equipped to get the next level. 10% bonuses are a good alternative to spending your schematic points on crafting loot you can find in the world. Hats, hair, glasses, gloves, jewelry and facepaint don't get any buffs, so I hope you like changing hats! Fall damage reduction is an easy win early on and really comes in handy riding motorbikes off-road

I've been playing since launch and its one of my favourite games
    It wasnt always this good
It used to be a buggy unplayble mess with barelly any enemy variation
Its come a long way since launch and i'm glad to see that its finally getting the attention it deserves
Heres an enemy and weakpoint list
    Fnix machines:
    They have 4 classes
Prototype: the weakest enemies with almost no armor and bad weapons, they're the orange ones
Military: sligthly more armored with more weapon variety, they start using poison gas, they're the green ones
Fnix: heavily armored with really powerfull weapons and always some form of explosive as a secondary, they're the black ones with red wires
Apocalypse: completly covered in armor all their weapons are either incindiary or toxic and cause damage over time, they're the blue ones with glowing parts (you wont see Many outside of hjimfall)
    Divided into six machines
    Ticks: the small ones
Can be normal armored explosive or toxic depending on class
Seekers: the small flying ones that allert other machines if they see you
The only difference between classes is the armor and call distance
    Runners(aka dogs): the dogs
Shoot them anywhere they're all weakpoint but if you want to snipe the shoot the eye or gas tank to insta kill
    Hunters:slightly bigger two legged ones
Shoot the weapons, the gas tank on the back and to the side or below the eye
    Harvesters: big 4 legged ones
These are easy up close and hell at a distance as they only have ranged weapons and have trouble Turning, everything on the back is a weakpoint they can spawn hunters and dogs
    Tank: bigger two legged ones
You can shoot the guns off but its hard so shoot the eye and optics(the little computer above the weapons), if you shoot off the face armor theres 2 weakpoints and the back is all weakpoints but they turn around very fast and can shoot behind them with some weapons
    Now onto the soviet machines:
    These will shoot fnix's machines
    3 classes
Scout: same as prototype just green and not orange
Soldier: stronger weapons and heavily armored, they're a darker green
Spetznaz: same weapons as soldier just a lot more armor, the white ones
The soviets have 3 machines (a new one came out with the motorbikes)
    Lynx: the little ball thing
Shoot the eye or the ball and weapons
Wolf: big crab that can either stand up or roll around with its legs folded
Can only use its minigun when standing and drops lynxes from the back, on the sides of the head it had missile pods and healing systems, shoot them out then go for the back of the head after it drops the lynxes, the face has a weakpoint under the armor but it has too much health to easily take off
Fire bird: flying thing bigger than a tank
Good luck trying to shoot the weakpoints on this it moves a lot
Never stop it has explosive weapons that do AOE damage
Good luck it only gets harder and harder

This game is definitely best with friends. I haven't played the new update yet but i have well over 700 hours on this game. Shoot for the little tank looking things on the dog's (runner's) back. Shoot the speaker looking thing on the top of the flying seekers. Ventination panels on the sides of the hunter's (two legged mech looking ones) head as well as a fuel tank on it's back. havesters (many legged giants a bit like spiders) take out it's guns first, then shoot off the armos on it's legs , the eye and the gas canisters under where the guns were. Tanks (two legged big boys), shoot off it's weapons then the armor on it's legs, then just keep going for the eye. You CAN blind it to a degree if you can manage it. It also has a fuel tank that can speed up it's death if you take it out. The ones that have names are strongest. You get the most loot from them if they are level 4, so once you gear up, don't kill them until you have them at level 4. Their level is dependent on the level of the region you are in, which goes up by killing bots. If you get a region to a high enough level, the Reaper spawns, and he's TONS of fun. Keep walls between you and him. When he farts out that gas cloud, if there is nothing between you and him, you're toast. I usually fight him from inside a building if I can, or at least around a building i can keep ducking behind. The new update has new bots that I haven't seen yet as I no longer have anyone to play with. I much prefer to play with a friend when I can. :)
Edit: Crouching is your friend!!! As you upgrade clothing, you can make yourself quieter and more stealthy too, but the key when going into a new place is crouch crouch crouch so you can see them before they see you! going belly down when you are getting much closer to the bots can hide you even better and give you time to aim for a good shot. try not to stick right next to each other when you fight the big boys because their aoe's can take out two as easily as one

Listen though there is a mega robot called the reaper. In order to get him to spawn your region level has to be above 21 and you have to have 7 rivals. The 8th rival will spawn and have a chance to be a reaper, if not then kill the lowest ranked rival(because region level goes down when you kill a rival) and make sure your region level is 21 or over and hope the reaper spawns. If not rinse and repeat until he does. If the reaper spawns bring a ton of medkits a ton of ammo and a alot of adrenaline.

It wasn't early access when we played, but felt like it compared to what I've seen of it now. There werent even NPCs. This was last year. Watching this video makes me mad at the Devs for not saying it was early access when I bought it.

My only problem with this game which is more of a wanted feature if anything is ammo loss on the reload. They got the right idea with a bullet being in the chamber then you have you legitimate magazine. Other than that the day/night and weather cycle is super nice. Scary when your playing alone and suuuper fun with friends and a gun pack so you can move a bit quicker along the story line. Glad to see this game has its niche community with a pleasing gameplay. Another feature would have to be CROSSPLAY I can’t play with my friends and that’s one of the main things that makes this game fun is the cooperative

That game was the only one that made me feel excited and nervous about searching places. They made every piece of equipment enjoyable to use and the enemies feel daunting but killable with enough focus and planning. Me and my friend became boss hunters at one point, seeking out the bosses and going to put them down.

You picked a GREAT time to jump in, but also the WORST time. Because the Motorbikes are a wonderful addition, but the regular bicycles are so hilariously awful to use that it would have been great content if that was your only transportation option lmao.
EDIT: I would highly recommend playing on a harder difficulty. It gets REALLY tense, even in the early game.

I adore Generation Zero. The game’s stunning, terrifying, and you never really feel safe. At my point I gave a sniper, shotgun and AR, but a few dogs is still enough to kill me if I’m reckless.
I will never forget the feeling of terror when I first saw a tank…
This game is the DEFINITION of a hidden gem.

They are a small team, but done impressive work on this game. Played since the early days, the UI was so much different (back when the stamina bar was sliced in parts instead of one solid bar) The updates aren't as fast as triple A games but they definitely do try to fix and add new things to the game.
You'll learn as you go. Right now you need better equipment. The larger machines can be a force to be reckoned with. You can also shoot off weakspots and weapons off. (Be very careful no to get too far north. Those Russian bots are lethal. Low on health, but will kill you fast. )
